Made a claim for a broken screen
Waited until the appointment, showed up the shop Said my claim didn't exist. Phones asurion they made me a new claim but said the part is out of stock. Proceeded to wait a week and a half for the part they call me, parts in stock just need to update credit card info online ok now I can't login so I phone, on the phone the lady tells me my claim doesn't exist and to file a new one. I file a new one... the part that was ordered for my phone is no longer in stock now I have to wait another 2 weeks probably for the same results. If I get the run around again when the part "gets in stock" I'm canceling immediately.
I was very surprised on how easy the whole process was. Tech was great and fast he fixed mine and wife's cracked screen with no problems and great customer service Totally recommend service to anyone and I've already recommend to friends and family..
I sent an important item for repairs. They claimed nothing was wrong with it, and sent it back to me without its power cord. They won't do anything to help me. They're scammers and speak broken English.

Only one star because there was nothing lower. My new iPhone had problems and asurion charged me $130.00 to replace it. I received a remanufactured one. About 2 weeks later, the screen started to pulled away from the back case. Asurion tells me that they will replace it for another $130.00. This shows me that asurion is strictly out to get your money.

Recently sent a switch in after a hard drop. The touch screen wasn't working properly, and my left joy-con was ripped from its socket. After receiving my product, they did nothing to fix my touch screen (I wouldn't expect them to, but my touch screen was legitimately damaged, they however said they tested it and found no issues). I have no idea how they tested the product as I received more problems immediately, including the left joy-con being obviously used and dirty (and not the same joy-con as the original) and my right stick being completely dead after no known issues with the right joy-con at all. If you're looking for a cheap way to replace a cheaper device that will ultimately be entirely replaced, by all means, be my guest. However, I never will recommend this company for fixing any electronic device and strongly encourage others to just buy a legit warranty that won't get you intertwined with these brain cell-less autists. They will rip you off in any legal way they can. The quality control is absurd. I would totally send a picture of the broken product but it's getting sent back in for another 10-12 days to ultimately just send me back an obviously used joy-con.

On their website they say if we can't fix your iPad we will replace your iPad or reimburse. I was told in person that I would get the same iPad or newer since they couldn't fix it. I even confirmed that online with the chat 24/7 they have. Today I get an email not asking me which iPad do I want but instead a low offer as reimbursement. I called and talked to four different men. All of them talked to me like a robot and was very unhelpful. They said they can't replace my iPad just reimburse. I was told I have the option but neither of them would do anything to help just keep telling me they can't replace my iPad. If you can't replace my iPad then don't $#*!ING advertise that you will. I would never refer anyone to this insurance company unless u want to lose and waste money. In conclusion, my iPad wasn't fixed and it wasn't replaced. I regret not getting Apple care and using this cheap service who just is out there to take your money and not do what they advertise. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Terrible service if you own a Motorola, screen repairs are a nightmare. No option to get phone fixed locally.
Only option is to send phone away. Galaxy can be fixed locally and promptly.

Fast and convenient came to my work but didn't make it before work ended so came to my daughters choir concert and repaired phone while I watched concert!

The repair process was very streamlined and the technician was very professional. Everything took about 90 minutes and I had zero issues. Everything worked like a $#*! when I picked my phone up.
My daughter called me to let me know someone stole her phone. I filed a claim, which was super easy. The claim was processed and shipped immediately. We received her new phone less than 24 hours later. Great customer service!
Apple store could not fix my phone for days and had to order a new phone, etc before they could help me; and service at Apple Store was terrible and very unfriendly compared to the helpful and courteous people at AT&T and Asurion. Extremely capable staff at Asurion and I would highly recommend their services for apple phones. Outstanding service and I literally couldn't believe how fast and efficient their repair staff was. Hands down better than Apple Store experience. Can't say enough great things about AT&T store and Asurion service,

The baa participating retry life of my iphone11 was diminished and because I had Asurion,I was able to get a new or refurbished iPhone11. This was an hugh savings because I don't have to buy a new phone until I am prepared to upgrade.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
