I called to get a cell phone fixed or repaired. It was replaced with a newer model and shipped extremely fast. It was a pleasure to get everything done so quick and the return was easy with the label and packing materials sent with the replacement phone. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I had first filled a claim for my screen. The technician said that my problem was most likely my screen, but tgat didn't fix it. So I called asurion and told the lady what was going on and she just replaced my phone. Had my phone at my door the next day.
You can't ask for better service than that.

My customer service contact on the phone was professional & helpful and sent me email connection to a local store for repair where my phone was repaired by replacing the battery within an hour upon arrival. 100% satisfied.

Broke the screen on my phone, and the entire experience replacing it was excellent. The authorized repair shop was professional, quick, and informative, my insurance covered the total cost of repair. That was an excellent bonus and a refreshing event that isn't too common in this day and age.
