When AT&T redirected me to Asurion I was highly skeptical and I really didn't want to proceed trying to get my replacement phone because I thought it was going to be a hassle but never the less I was on lunch break and decided to proceed with it. I started the process with 3 minutes remaining until I had to clock back in from lunch break and I was left with a minute to spare after completing the whole process. It was that quick. I've paid for phone insurance for years but never used it; usually forget I have it. Either way, I was able to file a claim online. It was extremely simple. The online site gave me a local Asurion store that was able to do the repair. They completed my phone screen repair within 2 hrs. I highly recommend this location and repair services.

This company is a fraud. They take your money and then refuse to accept your claim when your machine breaks. There is a lack of communication and customer service skills with this company as well. The service providers that they use are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. My machine worked better when I first made a claim than it does now after three different technicians have messed around with it. Then the third technician blamed the machine not working on me. Instead of speaking with me about the problem they made a decision about my claim without even asking me for my side of the story! I'm sure that it is apparent that after three different technicians not being able to repair my machine that the problem is not me! Their no lemon policy is a lie! They will just leave you with a broken machine and deny your claim. With this company, the customer certainly does not come first! Beware!
I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to file the claim online. I was instantly given the name of a repair shop and the repair shop was given the information about the repair needed in seconds. The repair shop received information from asorian about my model number and part needed so I didn't have to go through the process again. The complicated repair was completed within a few hours from the time I reported the problem.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
