I am extremely satisfied with my repair, but I have been ignorant about the cost to do this and the amount I have been paying.

The tech arrived early, took my phone out to their repair vehicle and within 15 minutes or less the screen was replaced, and they provided a new battery for my phone. Great experience dealing with Asurion! In today's world, getting great service like this is unexpected but this Asurion experience was exceptional.

Chrise came online almost immediately, and was extremely friendly and efficient getting the claim processed. Honestly, I anticipated more of a fight but there was none - the claim was approved quickly and easily.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
