It cost more at the time but it has been completely worth it. My Meta Quest 2 is getting repaired at no extra cost out of my pocket.

I would recommend to everyone to take adantage of this plan if you have any concerns about the durability of the product you purchased.

I noticed a slight change in pricing this month not a big change at all but a Change, I look through my emails to see was there any info on said change and I found nothing just wanted to state if there is any change even 1 cent as a customer we should know.
Even the fact that I was able to take of issue on a big holiday such as 4th of July, was awesome!
I had a canopy break within a year of having it. I purchased the 2 year protection plan from Asurion when I purchased the canopy from Amazon. I logged on to the Asurion website and in just a few minutes my claim was processed and an Amazon Gift Card for the original purchase price was issued. No returns necessary.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
