Happy with the overall repair. Would prefer a technician to have come to me but I'll take what I can get

Start to finish - this was super easy. Friendly guy when we stopped it off. They quoted us three hours since they were super busy. We went to Applebee's next door (don't do it - just go get ice cream) and they texted us an hour later that her phone was done. Friendly guy when we picked it up. This location is an hour from home, but we'd drive here again!

I've never enjoyed making a claim for my devices in the past. But asurion makes it so easy and fast. Also makes it less complicated. It took me 5 minutes to make a claim and it took less than 3 minutes for asurion to approve it. I could not be happier than I am now to have asurion for my ins needs. Thank you

This was by far the simplest, fastest and most hassle free claims I have ever done. I put the claim in Wednesday night at 10:30 pm and we had our new replacement in our hands by Friday at 12:30 pm!

Arian sent a service van to my home to replace the broken screen on my son's iPhone! I could not believe the ease of setting up the appointment and getting the phone repaired! 10 minutes of doorstep service. Would absolutely recommend!

My screen cracked, so I filed a claim. I opted for home service or whatever's it's called. The gentleman…I forgot his name was over at my place within 20-30 mins and fixed in 5 mins. Very awesome. Thanks

I was amazed at how quickly Asurion came to my aid when I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. The tech. That came to my house to repair it, broke a wire in the phone, and Asurion sent me a new phone within one day. The two techs I spoke with talked me throughthe process of transferring all of my info. From the old phone to the new one. I am happy, happy, happy.

Made an online appointment for the very next day. The tech contacted me in the morning, just to touch base. He also contacted me when he was on the way and when he arrived. Repair was performed flawlessly and in a timely manner. Excellent service, and extremely convenient. They came to my office and performed repairs on site. Overall, I could not be more pleased!

Repair was easy to set up. The person showed up as scheduled and was professional and very quick in completing the service.

When I dropped my phone, I was unable to open it completely and the screen was dark.
Info could not be transferred to my new phone without being able to get into the old phone.
I brought the old phone in and 4 hours later, it was fixed! David the manager and staff did a wonderful job and saved me a big headache!
Just make sure you have insurance on your devices, because repairs are EXPENSIVE!

My son dropped his phone in the pool. Afterwards, the camera had moisture behind the lenses and the view was foggy. I called ATT who connected me with Asurion. They made the claims process easy and I received the replacement within 24 hours. Much faster than I expected.

David the tech with Asurion has some elite skills. He fixed my phone front and back faster than a jimmy John's sandwich being delivered! Freaky fast!
