An important turning point was working with T O R (REC) IT. C0M. I had been feeling totally stranded for weeks after interacting with the platform's useless support. After listening to me and considering my situation, T O R (REC) IT. C0M took action. Their frequent updates helped me stay calm and, in the end, helped me find a solution. Very strongly advised.
Worst experience ever. I booked them to fix my walking fridge. They came 3 days later after 2 bookings cancellation. My fridge was working but because of the heat wave in UK I ask them to just clean and check the gas level. When an engineer came here the fridge was working and it was 6 degrees. I ask him to just clean and check the gas level. The next day my fridge stopped working completely and after a week without fridge they send me an offer for 2000 pounds. They claim that my fridge is old and they need to do a lot of job to fix it plus to change the type of the gas. Which probably was the reason why the fridge stopped working at the first place. Because they put wrong type of gas inside. Something that they never told me in advance. Because I would never take the risk to damage my fridge. And was working before they touched it. This is their fault and of course no one took the responsibility. I am not saying that they did it in propose but they can did it also. The support of the company is ridiculous. Instead to come and try to fix their mistake they are blackmail me in order to take enother 2000 pounds Be carefull with that company. Don't trust them at all. Of course I will take legal advise and action against them.
Scam of a company
Told me multiple times that their engineers carry *******£ worth of equipment and when the engineer came he said there were charges for using them!
He agreed to cancel the job and waive the charge which was confirmed to the office on the phone at the time with the engineer- company still charged me many days later.

Absolutely abysmal. We have essentially been scammed by this outfit today. Charged £50 for a 10 min hop to the local plumbers merchant and then £187 on top for the actual part which retailed at no more than £40. The grand total came in at over £847 for 3 and a half hours work. What an unspeakablycynical, money grabbing outfit they are. Avoid like the plague.
Had Luke from aspect over to do a leak inspection.Charged £320 for quote (not free) more interested if we had insurance.Told the charge was £120 p/h…Started next day but I was quickly informed that another van was needed to save time.Anyway later found out that I was charged separately for other van.£240 p/h.Final bill was £6000.Cheers Aspect.See you at Small claims court.Avoid at all costs.Insurance rejected claim so completely out of pocket now!
We needed some works done at a rental property and I thought I would give Aspect a try. When I received their quote it was eye-wateringly expensive (over £8k to fit 4 fire doors, re-varnish a kitchen worktop and a couple of other small jobs). Despite that, we went ahead, thinking that at least the works would be done right, by a professional company. How wrong we were...
In short, 3 of the 4 fire doors were fitted with gaps that don't meet requirements (thus rendering them useless), one has a lock that doesn't work and the kitchen worktop looks like it has been done by an amateur. Shockingly poor quality for the amount they charged. They also took the remaining 50% of the invoice from my credit card without approval, which is frankly unbelievable.
I have now spent the last 2 months being repeatedly fobbed off by their customer service team. Their policy seems to be to keep denying everything until you eventually go away. I am now looking at reporting them to trading standards and seeking a chargeback from my credit card company. I feel completely ripped-off and certainly won't be going anywhere near them again.
Our boiler started playing up and after investigation by an engineer from boiler service company, we were told it is probably due to the leak under the floor. Found this company and booked them. Engineer showed up just after 8am and started his investigations. The work was carried up very slowly, specialist taking his time. Using the infrared camera he has discovered a patch under the floor but said it is due to the air circulation in the small room it was detected. He continued with the work draining system, bleeding radiators very very slowly finishing just before 5pm. He would have continued longer but we needed to leave home. The company charges you per hour so we ended up with the bill over £1300and the "specialists said it is boiler's fault and there is no leak. A few days later we woken up to downstairs full of water, flooded neighbours. Asked another company to come and fix it and surprise surprise -leak was exactly where the aspect engineer has ignored the patch of heat. Upon contacting Aspect i had a general reply saying basically not their fault. The other company we have hired known of Aspect and said it is not the first time they heard about problems with them. Avoid - they don't know what they're doing and are very expensive. The other company we hired to do the leak investigation quoted us for all the work upfront for £650
Heating pipes leak obvious but location not precise. Used full kit took 3.5 man days to locate one leak!
Fake quotes and don't provide material with them even when being told before booking the job. So they add collection fee and other fake fees and can't provide receipts or evidence.
Poor customer service.
I had a leaking stack pipe so it was an emergency. They arrived promising a full repair and charged a lot of money then left leaving a hole in the wall no detailed invoice for the insurers and took payment from my account without me authorising it. Con artists and scammers. They then refuse to reply to my emails and calls.
Now I can't claim insurance as they will not provide a detailed quote of the work done
Where to start with this farce, I'll start at beginning
1. Made appointment. Everything done swiftly and engineer confirmed
2. No engineer arrived. Had to call and rearrange
3. Engineer turned up. Mumbled about not used to mitsubishi air conditioners even though make and model provided to aspect
4. Didn't have any tools to hand to do any of the basics had to use mine
5. Took cover off (opened the bonnet) saw there was power. Didn't run any diagnostics (which there are on YouTube video online) kicked the tyres then decided he didn't know and offered to replace whole unit.
6. Charged 1.5 hours callout £155
