Even though the problem turned out to be trivial, Reshna was efficient, clear, understanding, and a big relief after my communication with HP and a repair service. I highly recommend her.
Starting this morning at 10 AM, I tried to get the HBO Max app on both my television sets. I first went to HBO then I had to go to Xfinity and neither were able to help finalize my purchase. It wasn't until I got on the phone with your technician, which was after 5 PM, that he was able to solve my problem. God bless Anker, he was wonderful and very patient.

I liked Just Answer. But I had a very hard time with the Google malwarebytes. I spoke to 3 people. They were all three not helpful at all. I was rerouted to several areas and ended up an hour on phone without a solution. I was finally able to cancel my subscription but I want a refund of the charge of 44.99 as I was within my trial period. I also was charged me $5.00 and a second charge of $50. I am humbly ask to have all of these charges to be repaid. I will never use your software again. Your response to me will show me if I report you to the better business bureau. I have printed post office (USPS) labels for years and a few months ago, my aging HP Laserjet printer stopped printing them. No error messages, the printer just ignored the PRINT command.
I came across JustAnswer after posing my question on Google. I was connected to a technician who was able to answer my question, but it cost $70 to "join" the service. I believe the ongoing monthly charge would be $65. I rarely need this type of service, so that is way too much money to spend. I agreed to a "free" month and intend to cancel before the next billing.
In this case, I paid $70 for my answer. I think that is too high.:-/

SPEEDX delivered my pkg, left it next to mailbox on the road. It was not delivered to my door. Package is missing.AskTech contacted SPEEDX with my issue, waiting to get this resolved.
Verified everything tried and waited for the response. Battery was low prior to last use. Charged overnight but wouldn't turn back on. Recommended to remove battery, but compartment is sealed. So I was directed to follow further instructions and Wala... thank you 😁

We experienced an issue with payment between Apple and Britbox. It has taken us several techs and several hours of phone calls to determine next steps. We will need to contact Britbox and fill out a form via email to have the payment details straightened out.
I had a question about a credit alert from Transunion. Iwas concerned that my account had been compromised. The lawyer called me within a few minutes, and answered my query, and I felt assured that my info had not been tampered with!

I'm happy with this helpful service but will not shop online at Target in the future. They should explain their holds of payment.
