Day did a great job in answering my questions, and hopefully, fixing my problem. The only thing I question is that why was I charged $1.00 for talking to him. Yahoo should do that as a free service.

Amiram solved my problem. He was thoughtful and careful. It was a problem of longstanding that reached a point where it could not be lived with.
My experience was satisfactory. Agent was able to help me figure out what was necessary to correct my problem. He referred me to the right place and phone number where my ring account could be updated
