A family member had an issue with their Dupixent injection, a few drops hit the floor & our dog licked it. The vet was familiar with the medication, which was a huge help. He saved us from a stressful, expensive emergency vet visit. We called spoke to the vet 10 minutes after it happened. It was such a relief. Our dog is fine.

My kitten was injured and I couldn't get a vet appointment for a week. Could not afford emergency vet. I gave this a try to at least make kitten comfortable till I could get her seen. Vet called me within 10 minutes. Was kind and knowledgeable. Gave some good advice. Would definitely recommend

BEWARE: Once you get this you can't get rid of it. Online cancelation doesn't always work. Call center doesn't record calls & then they tell you you never called. They keep billing, even after canceling the card used. Refuse to make any refunds.

Our dog got into a fight with another dog, Being the weekend, we knew bringing him in to the emergency vet would be expensive, but didn't want to risk his health by waiting, so we contacted a vet through JustAsk. They responded quickly and after discussing the treatment already administered, as well as possible treatments I could administer from home, until getting him to the vet the next day, we were able to get him some temporary pain relief, which was enough to get him to eat and sleep till we saw the vet the next day. I cannot express how valuable this experience was in providing some peace of mind in a stressful situation. The person we dealt with and spoke to, was friendly, compassionate, and assuring. The only cost was a monthly membership fee, which I was able to cancel (so as to not get charged monthly), and for my fee, I still have access to the professionals on Just Ask, should I require it any further during this month's subscription! It would have cost me triple the amount, to have my dog seen at an emergency vet on a Sunday! Money well spent, especially for the assurance of my dog's health!

My 1 yr old Boxer puppy had a very swollen right bottom lip - I contacted Beverly the Vet from Just Answer and she was excellent. Reacted so fast with what to give … and followed up with assurance that she would be available for any future needs as well. I followed her instructions and my pup is back to normal!
