I want my money back. I assumed that they would give me some kind of helpful advice, not just tell me to go see a vet which was already a consideration. Then to find out I was charged $60 instead of the $5 that it said it would charge me.
He was extremely helpful and responded immediately to all my questions and even looked at his blood sugar levels for me.
Actually once I got a vet she was excellent and so was the vet assistant. It is just the logging in etc that was a pain. I would have use them again.

But I was grateful for his help trying to find help for my elderly dog. Very nice Veterinarian Thanks for trying to help me out. My guy is doing ok now, and finally got help. Vet was super awesome and helped me feel comfortable making a decision about what to do next with my dog who was bitten by a snake. He even circled back several times many hours later to check on my dog and see how she was doing. I am still going to follow up with my vet once they open, but this was a great option when it was late, and I didn't really want to have to take her to an ER vet if it wasn't necessary. I really appreciated the help getting me through the night! Thanks so much!
My dog ingested Advil and I needed to know what to do next. Luckily, she didn't swallow enough to cause any major damage. The vet explained that the amount she took was not likely to cause harm and told me symptoms to watch out for just in case she has a bad reaction. Quick, simple, and reliable!

You charged me $5.00 and then you charged me $55.00 You need to return the $55.00 back to my card ASAP. I will call the card company, You will be stopped, I will call the BBB. This is simply wrong. You are horrible. Return my 55.00 and close out any account you made up in my name with my card.

I didn't know you were not able to write a prescription for my dog and had to pay full initial charges just to find out you could not help me. This needs to be published at the beginning. Surely I'm not the only one not knowing this information
My experience could have not been better. I am so thankful I found their site. I needed immediate assistance late at night. I needed their expert advice to know if I needed to take my puppy to the Vet immediately. My puppy found either a Garlic or Vitamin D3 capsule on the carpet. He ate it before I could take it away from him. Simran was the Veterinarian who helped me. She was an Angel. She was so very knowledgeable, calming, kind, compassionate, patient, and friendly. I am forever grateful for her expertise, and for her kindness. I was completely stressed about my puppy, if I should I take him to an emergency Vet immediately, and if he was he going to be okay. I was tearful, and Simran was so reassuring and calming. She followed up to see if I needed additional help as well. Never hesitate to use Ask A Veterinarian. They are the best! I pray I won't have an emergency, but I now have their phone number in my phone.
Great! Instead of just prescribing my dog medicine, the vet told me changing her diet would clear up the issues, if I need further assistance she will help me. I'm so happy I don't have to give my dog medicine and can help her with a natural remedy. Thank you

My veterinarians front desk told me my cat had rabies and to contact animal control I decided to call just ask…The veterinarian I spoke with calmed me down and told me I was over reacting 😂 my cat foamed at the mouth for 12 hours. He was right my cat just had cuts in its mouth not letting it swallow. He is totally fine like I said he was a life saver!

I would say I was almost completely satisfied. It took a little bit longer to talk with the vet than I would have preferred, but I still was highly satisfied. She made me feel confident in the plan, given the situation that our puppy was in. I had to wait 15 minutes.
