We told vet about what was happening step by step and assured us thing were going to be OK. That brought comfort concerning our pet
Just Answer answered(!) my call and the vet contacted me within minutes while I had been on hold for almost 20 minutes with another animal poison control agency which never got to me. Dr. Nimmo was reassuring, confident and knowledgeable as well as pleasant and utterly professional. I will use again, good value for the minimal cost.
After contacting and explaining my cats symptoms I waited for over 4 hours for a email saying I could text someone. What happened to 24 7?
I needed answers to my questions and our vet wasn't able to answer them. So glad I accessed this site. This vet was able to give me all the information I needed. She was so nice and patient. This is a great site and well worth the low cost!
They connected me quick and gave me the answer I needed.
My expert was very knowledgeable. He was kind and helpful. I deducted a star because I had a hard time with the automated messages before I was able to talk to the expert.
My cat has been shaking her head and they told me exactly what to do
I called looking for a qualified vet in my area and they referred me to one, it was very fast and easy
Perfect! Typed the problem, and received an answer. Will do exactly what the doctor said to do.
The vet took time to understand our concerns about our dog and gave us sound information with sensitivity and consideration.

I was very worried and Dr Sara has helped allay my fear and concerns
I spoke with Maria Serrano and she was very helpful and quick to find a solution and put my mind at ease!
My 25 lb dog became "wobbly" and lethargic after spending the afternoon at a well-attended outdoor picnic. We were hours away from our own veterinarian but I found this website and received a very helpful call from an experienced, kind vet. Based on my dog's symptoms, it appears she got ahold of some form of marijuana/THC which, according to the vet, is unfortunately a common occurrence for dogs at similar gatherings. The vet asked many probing questions about my dog's condition and behavior, and encouraged me to check on her regularly throughout the night to be sure her condition did not worsen. If it did, I was advised to go to an emergency veterinarian facility. Thankfully my dog is now fine; whatever she ingested worked its way through her system and within a few hours, she was back to normal.
It is a Sunday and my elderly greyhound, who has been in decline, had some sudden health issues. I contacted the site and the chat asked very thorough questions in order to connect me to a vet who could address my specific dog. Dr Jenny called me within a few min. She was thorough, gave me all my options, told me what to look. She answered all of my questions including end of life decisions for our dog. I feel a peace of mind to get me through today until I contact my usually vet tomorrow.
After entering our concerns and our dog's information we were contacted immediately by a vet. He listened and gave prompt advice.
I asked a question on this site and they charged me $65 without my permission plus $5 for the question.
They waited 6 hrs to respond and just asked how she was doing. She could have been seriously ill or worse. I should have been instructed right away to induce vomiting.
Our beagle ate some brownies and Dr. Nikki was very helpful in assisting us! I would highly recon this service!
It's a Friday afternoon at 2:20pm, my dog has not been much in 4-5 days. Still intaking water. The Ver that called me on the phone was very knowledgeable and very easy to speak with during a rough time. He told me exactly what to do and what to ask the vet to do. Instead of expensive tests that probably would not give us clear answers to a benign or malignant nodules she had which were most likely what was causing weight loss and anorexia for the last 4 days. She's dropping a lot of weight pretty quickly. She's normally 115# GSD but at 10 years old for a dog that big, this is not a good sign. I am a nurse with 30 years worth of experience and I have been pondering g this for about 5 days. If it's malignant we are talking about a very aggressive and fast moving cancer or it's benign she's needs to be spayed ASAP and she would most likely be ok. That is if she survived the surgery at her age and the symptoms she was having, either way it's not good news. He was very caring, compassionate and told me exactly what to do and turns out she has two nodules on her mammory glands as he suspected from her symptoms. We are waiting for my vet to call me back with more advice or a hurried appointment on a Friday afternoon. Our vet is amazing and I'm sure she will agree with a needle's aspiration. This was worth the $65 to me.
