The vet tech asked all the initial questions just like any other veterinarian office. The vet came on shortly after and was very helpful and thorough. She even said to give my cats cuddles from her when we were done with our appointment. 😻

He put my mind at ease that my dog was going to be okay and gave me some remedies to try out. I was very satisfied with the experience. I am a senior and vision impaired, so it isn't easy for me to find resources on the computer. However, as I told others about the great experience, they were skeptical. That is how I learned that I had signed up for a monthly service. I wish that was stated clearly upfront.

Very helpful, addressed issue directly, knew our dog's history and medications, asked specific questions, gave thorough and specific answers, reduced our fears by providing specific directions to take, what to watch for, what to do if certain symptoms showed up and actions to take to lower any risks for the next 12 hours. Also what to do regarding other medication schedule and dietary adjustments to achieve the best outcome. Grateful for the expert advice and will use them again if needed. Thank you.
My dog took sick last Thursday and I started crying and upset and not sleeping at night constantly watching him. His poops were runny. He wasn't in any pain. He still wanted to go for his walks very lively, but I started panicking, Dr, Sarah, and her assistant pearl fantastic. They gave me the information that I needed and very kind and understanding.
