Great advice, I was ask a lot of questions, the veterinarian was was caring and compassionate
My experience was great. The call back was timely, the veterinary was helpful, caring, pleasant and informative.
My grouchy old man cat had an abscess burst, and she gave clear instructions on how to care for it and what to watch for in case it gets worse.
My dog had ate something when I was away and I came across this when I hot contact poison control on my Google search. I figured it was going to be dumb but it wasn't. She was quick with details, time frame as best I could guess. She explained the difference between if she usually swallow things fast or chews them alot. It was like being at the vet without the bill. Thank you.vet!

My basset hound has had anxiety due to storms, fireworks, gun fire for years. However over the last few months they are more frequent and have intensified and has nothing to do with the usual triggers. I appreciate the time and recommendations from the Vet.
The Vet was very responsive and gave me some great advice.
The advice I received from Paul Brazzell was accurate and timely, with the result that I took my beloved black lab to the emergency room at Tuft's Animal Hospital and he had surgery the same day, which likely saved his life. My local in person vet had misdiagnosed the needed test.
I got good answers to my situation which was a downed bird and the questions were pertinent to the situation. The vet was professional and helpful and kind about the way he approached this.

Decided to use the service after hearing it advertisement for it. I was very pleased with the service. Intake was initially by a vet tech. Then information was transferred to veterinarian for review. Then contact was made with veterinarian for further assessment and recommendations. Excellent service by both check and physician.
My chihuahua ate some orange peel and had loose stools for two days. Dr Burch gave me great advice and told me ways to help and what to look out for in case the situation got worse. Really out my mind at ease.
I am looking for a much healthier option of food for my cats that will not cost me $5/can for my two cats. Every time I Google nutritionalist for my cats, I was never satisfied with the responses no matter how many times I rephrase the question. After a week or two of trying I gave up then JustAnswer was my salvation.
Not only was my question asked and answered but my follow-up question of "how" was thoroughly answered with both U.S. and European responses. I'm NOT going to assume it was because of the 3 AM EST hour but I WILL assume it because of the doctors nature to be thorough. Haha. The praise was my 'above and beyond' moment for me! Yes, I was very satisfied with the response but then I left the chat feeling so good about myself for trying to find better meals than Blue Buffalo cat food, from a simple praise of, "You're doing a great job being proactive for both of your cats"

Was able to narrow down my cats new aggressive manner and her actions to a very possible cause. The assistant and Dr asked consise questions to narrow down to a very viable and possible solution. Grateful they really listened to my concerns and asked probing questions to get to the possible answer
