Ordered a dress on 11/29/17, received an email from Ashley saying that they got my order and would send an email when it ships. Today is 12/8/17 haven't received any other communication from them. I sent them an email stating that I needed the dress for my graduation on 12/15/17, haven't heard anything back.
I placed another order on 12/4 with my Ashley S. Credit card and haven't heard anything from them about that order either.
I have bought from them for years online and never had a problem until now. What is going on at Ashley Stewart!?!
Shipping is the worst I order item on 11/27/2017 not received yet was told by customer service that they havei no idea when it is going to leave the warehouse I said I need the outfit for 12/9/2017 for a Christmas party the way she explain it to me Ill have it probably after new year and if I want to send it back I have to make sure to tell them that Im sending. Back to avoid Re stocking fee they got nerve never again Ill shop at Ashley Stewart
Order four items on Monday (CYBER MONDAY) 11/27/17 at 11:00AM. Today is 121/7/17 I've sent three emails from my personal email account, 2 Facebook messages and 2 inquiries from within the Ashley Stewart Online Ordering portal. Still no package and no responses to any of my inquiries regardless the platform used. I hate to give up this credit card... but this is not the only problem I've had with them... JUST THE WORSE!
I ordered this dress ASYMMETRICAL BOUCLÉ BELTED DRESS
ITEM # 010-F2184X and it literally was coming apart as I walked. I called requested a return label go figure one wasn't in my box. Still waiting for the item. I placed an order on 11/22 and to date I still have no received my items. I can't get a response was on hold for an hour. DONE DONE DONE
Worst place to shop! I made an order 2 weeks in a half prior to my trip thinking my items would arrive before I left, BUT I WAS WRONG! Called customer service but they didn't do anything about it. Will not be ordering things from here anymore!
I haven't even been able to place my order yet because my ashley Stewart credit card isn't working on my account... tried getting a hold of customer service for 3 days & nothing back. E-mail, Twitter, Facebook, Phone LITERALLY not a single peep back to help figure out why its not working... I'm done trying. This is horrible service...
I made a purchase with Ashley Stewart online on 10/28/17 using my paypal account via my debit card. I took the merchandise to the store to make a return and they would not do it. I was told I have to pay postage to return it back to the warehouse. This is ridiculous. Why have paypal available as a method of payment if your store is not set up to refund the payment back accordingly. I called this company numerous times before finally getting a rep (Linda) who would not accommodate me at all. She stated there is nothing they can do which is bull. They could have waived the $8 charge and/or gave me an $8 credit on my account.
This store does not care about customer service and I'd advise you not to shop with them to avoid issues such as this. I suggested they remove the paypal payment method since they are not going to allow returns of said merchandise at the store because they clearly are not capable of handling this method of service.
I will not shop with this company again and will remove them from e-mailing me in the future.
Only thing right now is the shipping. But they will refund you. I love all my items. I've been shopping with them online since they closed down the KC store. They need to fix the shipping and things will get better
I have spent thousands on items at Ashley Stewart over time. I hate to say that the quality of these clothes have diminished drastically. The material is now flimsy. The items are taking WEEKS to get here, keep in mind they give you 2 weeks to contact them for refund, per Nicole (supervisor). 1) I made the mistake of not checking a Hi-low blouse and then when I was matching it up with a new pair of pants i noticed the sleeve was not sewn down the arm. 2) Track jacket just purchased has a open pocket that was not sewn. **Ashley will not send you a replacement, they will send you a label and refund the money. The sizes are not the same anymore.
This was my first time ordering anything from Ashley Stewart online. I placed an order early friday morning, (6am) and here is it 3 business days later it still hasn't shipped. I called but was always on hold for 15 to 30 and never talked to anyone. I emailed twice no response I even went on the Facebook page to send a message, no response. I have a feeling this store will be going out of business really soon with all the bad reviews I've seen
I have been an online customer for years! I love their bras, but I have noticed that their bras don't last long and the wire in the bra is so sharp around the ends that it goes thru my bras. The longest my bra has lastest is 8 months.
In February 2017 I purchased 5 bras online. 2 bras were Tshirt bras, wore them 5 times each and the wire came out on the side due to the cheap, thin material. I have sent numerous emails to AS since end June to return the items, they claim UPS will email me a return label, I have yesterday to receive this email. I have checked junk mail, spam, inbox NOTHING! AS claims it has been sent but won't send me proof UPS sent to my email address provided and they don't offer other options to return the items. At times it has taken them 5 days to respond back. It's all good when I place my order but to return items is the worst I might have to bite he bullet in this one. AS will not get my service and I will be sure to pass that along!
I used to love shopping in the Ashley Stewart stores and online. However, since the closure of many of its stores, and the company's online focus, the styles have drastically changed and not for the better. I just reviewed the website (excited and optimistic about the Fall season's offerings) and was shocked and disappointed. There was not one item that wowed me. AS traditionally offers statements pieces, and, in the past it was a joy to have a variety of options to choose from. I suspect AS changed buyers; not a good move, since the brand is now tarnished. Not a brand I wish to wear anymore, which is a huge shame. Very disappointed.
I ordered a jacket and received a dress that was double my size! Tried to return the dress to the Hyattsville, MD strore only to be told that they don't take online Web special returns. Are they not the same company? I will not waste anymore money trying to ship this item back to the company with hopes of a refund for the item and shipping. Donating the item to charity & won't be purchasing anything else! Improve your service!
I placed my order 6 days in advance of when I needed it. The day before I left for my trip I was waiting for my package to come in the mail and it never came. I paid extra to have It ship in 2-3 days. When I called the customer service the package had not been shipped.
I, like many - was intrigued by the cute styles on their website. However - I have found you never know what size to buy with AS. I wear and 18/20 with LB, Torrid, and Avenue but with AS I just never know. I have size 22's from there that I cannot pull past my knees. I'm not sure what is going on there but I will not shop here again.
I ordered shoes online and when I received them they didn't fit so I went to the store to return them and I was unable to due to the fact they don't take back shoes that were purchased offline. Nowhere online or in the store it says this. When I called to talk to someone they said I can return the shoes back but I will have to pay for shipping for the return. I paid for the shoes to be shipped to me now I got to pay to return them! I will never buy shoes or anything else from Ashley's! Very DISAPPOINTED in this store.
I have been a long time consumer and credit card holder of this company. I've spent thousands of dollars because you know they ain't cheap. So I get my bill in the mail and I use to get a coupon for 50% off any full price item. My birthday comes along and they give me a 20% for my birthday suit. WHAT AN INSULT. I'll be closing this account.
I ordered a very cute jacket on 4/26 and received the package 5/8. When I opened it I found pants inside. I called Ashley Stewart customer service but I had to hang up after 30mins of waiting. Today I called again and finally got my call answered after more than 45mins! The customer service agent was nice but I was told I need to email A. S. a picture of the pants, then I will eventually get a return label... for the pants. Then I have to take time out of my day to drop these pants off at a UPS location. Only after all this will i get a full refund. But even after all this my jacket still isn't on the way. I have to call and reorder it! The only compensation is if/when I call I will get the original sale price. Are you kidding me?!?!
I love this store the clothes fit real good and the dicounts are good and sometimes I don't care how much that is how much I love this store
Answer: Yes and $8 minimum shipping to receive and to return. Paid $16 because their item was terrible quality and see through.

Answer: Fit for me was either true or a bit big. I wear 24 or 3X and next time will try a size down.
