I am truly truly upset and ashamed to let anyone know that my bra's that was literally just not to long ago purchased came apart already the product was defective very bad wire came out of the bra's emailed Ashley Stewart and still no response. If I didn't have to choose a rating I wouldn't have.
My complaint isn't the clothes quality bc nothing from Ashley Stewart has ever ripped on me or been Damaged. I've been shopping with them for over 15 years. I was previously an 18/20 now I'm a 14 in jeans and 12 in shirts. Now for those who say the quality is bad or made poorly first of all the lady in the dress with 2 different patterns Sis that look isn't for you. Ashley can't help if you aren't a fashionista (which I am) and then you want to say poor quality no you did that dress a disservice. The other with the jeans it looks like you wore them 7 days a week like they were the last jeans on earth what else can you expect if you wear the same jeans over and over again. My compliant is simple I am upset with the models they have on the website (pretty faces) but the clothes aren't being styled well anymore causing me to shop elsewhere. The models are looking frumpy and bumpy. I doubt I am the only customer feeling this way maybe just the only one who will express their feelings. Please get the models right and the outfits styled right and watch your sales go up. Trust me
I have bought Ashley Stewart clothes for over the past 2 years. There are some good fit items such as sleeveless dresses and tops, however anything with a leg or sleeve is like wearing balloons attached to your body, they are not tapered. I understand leaving a little room for big arms, but A.S. Is ridiculous with it. Then there are some items are so cute, you think you hit the lottery but then after first wash or wear they tear, fray or become otherwise unbearable. I have even got sent the incorrect items if anything at all. So why do I still buy after two years of poor service. I still order because I catch those 10 or 20 dollar sales once in a while I might get something more expensive. For instance in March I got 500 worth of clothes for like 190 with sale and coupons. That was 25 peices of clothing and accessories. However, I had to spend another 300 at a seamstress to get the clothing bespoke. I am not necessarily looking for bespoke clothing when I shop at Ashley, but I want to feel cute and comfortable. In the pink and black dress, it was quality made but the straps are 4 inches to long and not adjustable, and since I did not try it on (I know my fault), before my trip, I had to double over the straps and pin them to my bra, and I had to hide the arm with the long sleeve all night so people could not see the bagginess. All the bunched up or wrinkly area are loose fabric. No, I could not go down a size, it fits my body perfectly, but Ashley needs to work on proportions or offer options. The clothes are cute but I can't afford to buy full price items and pay a seamstress for every order.
I had a pleasant shopping experience, Kenya Stacey and Jacques were all very helpful and kind.I sighed up for the Ashley Stewart credit. I will be back soon
What happened to Ashley Stewart? I have been a faithful shopper, a lover of Ashley Stewart Fashions for many years and for the last 6 months it looks like they have grabbed some of these models as well as the clothing and accessories off of the streets. I mean no harm, what happened to the models that MADE SOME of your clothes look GREAT AND SELL OUT? IT IS THE MODEL THAT HELPS SELL YOUR LINE. AGAIN, I MEAN NO HARM, THE NEW ASHLEY MODEL'S ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT "ARE NOT ASHLEY STUART MATERIAL" FOR THE EXCEPTION OF THE THREE ORIGINAL MODEL'S, who are trying to help sell these new ugly lines of clothes and accessories...WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GOOD SALES?...I SEE ASHLEY SPIRALING DOWN, I SEE NOTHING SELLING OUT FAST AS BEFORE DO TO THE NON-FASHIONABLE CLOTHING LINES, THE NEW TYPE OF MODEL, CHEAP MATERIAL, LACK OF GOOD SALES. I CAN ALMOST BET THERE WAS A COMPLAINT THAT ASHLEY GEARED TOO MUCH TO THE AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN, JUST BECAUSE OF THE CHANGES. I COULD BE WRONG. ASHLEY STEWART COME BACK TO YOUR SENSES BEFORE YOU LOSE IT ALL, I MISS THE REAL YOU! ALL CAPS BECAUSE I AM EXPRESSING EMOTION...

Everything is over priced! Some of the material used for their clothes are not good quality, some of their items doesn't fit true to size. I've ordered clothes in the same size from other places and they fit fine, and their return policy is horrible. I purchased an item from them and couldn't return it because they said I took to long even though it still had the tag on it and hadn't been worn. When previously trying to return the item, I was told to take the Item to UPS but UPS wanted to charge almost what I paid for it to return it. When calling customer service back. I was told to take it to a store which is a real distance from me so I had no way of getting there and I can't get around all that well due to health issues therefore I wasn't able to return it. So when I finally found someone to try and return it for me, the customer service rep told me it was too late. Now I'm stuck with this item and have two of them cause I had to order it again for another size that fit cause this was my only option at the time for what I needed. Their policy is terrible but they do have nice customer service. I understand it's not their fault and they're just doing their job. Everything else sucks and I will never shop there again.
I ORDERED 2 DRESSES ABOUT A MONTH AGO. ONE OF THE DRESSES I RECEIVED I DIDN'T ORDER, THEY GAVE ME SOMETHING ELSE. I CALLED TWICE AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT, THEY NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME. I SENT EMAILS SHOWING THE INVOICE OF WHAT I ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ACTUALL SENT. THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK WITH ME, SO I JUST GIVE UP, I'M STUCK WITH SOMETHING I WILL NOT WEAR. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
My first clothing store credit card and it was an awful experience. I scheduled a payment and I received a confirmation number but that didn't matter to your customer service department. Because they couldn't see it in there database I was still charged a fee and I had already cancelled my card a month ago as well. The so called supervisor was extremely rude. I'm done with Ashley Stewart company I would be making any purchases in the future. There are too my plus size affordable company that are willing to work with there customer. I work for a Collection agency and we're always able to make arrangements for our customers. Ashley Stewart is not customer friendly!
There customer service on the phone are nasty and don't listen to the customer concerns try to talk over you not helpful at all was two different policies by two different customers rep so which one is the correct one.
Bought a sectional that was great. Next I bought a reclining chair and a table. The recliner is the issue and the table. I had to call several times. They asked me to get on floor to find the number. They want you to fill out the form for repairs on line. I had to get help. I am 78 and need assistance getting up. My bones hurt and it is painful. My chair stop moving after couple weeks! When they came out I thought I had the motor but I didn't now Now I'm back to struggling to get out of my chair at 78! My daughter typed this my name is Martha Scott Please call so my life can get easier. My table that I bought is falling apart and I just bought it.
I've bought several pairs of jeans there and they're Not quality! They always tear between the legs
They sent me a damaged item and I reached out to customer service. I was told they were going to "open a ticket". That was the last I ever heard from them. The skirt has a snag that goes for 3-4 inches right below the waist at the front. I can't wear this! I would just deal with it if the damage was near the bottom hem somewhere but this is in a very obvious spot.
Talk about a perfect fit and true to size. Quality was GREAT! Absolutely Beautiful! Highly recommend this dress!
Today on 1/21/2023 I purchased a cute jogger outfit on sale paid $70 for the the set. Only for THE PANTS to RIP down the seam of my a$$ after leaving the birthday party as I sat down in my car. I'm so glad it didn't happen in the party In front of everyone. The material is so cheap I have purchased better clothing from five below, I will never get anything else from ashley rip off stewart.
Paid off my current balance, $71.95 only one day late and was charged $35! When I call the company to dispute it. They would not waive the late fee. Of course I have no choice but to pay it, but I will not be using this card again.
I placed an order on November 18,2022 upon checking the website. I realize that they had the wrong address for shipping. I have been shopping with Ashley Stewart for a long time and my last four orders were sent to my current address. The newest order Was sent to my old address. I found this out after checking the website and not seeing any updates. I called customer service spoke to a representative and was told that my package has been delivered to my old address. When I initially saw that the address was wrong. I called into customer service and was told not to worry that it was coming to my current address just like the rest of my other orders. I called today and even spoke with management and was told I have to wait 10 business days on an investigation and basically it was nothing else that they were going to do. I ordered this stuff for an event that is happening 12/04/2022. The only thing they offered me was free shipping which you get that anyway. And 10% off I am highly pissed and would not recommend you spend your money with this company. I'm out of my money and I don't have my merchandise and it may be Christmas before I get the merchandise or my money back. This is very unacceptable and I am highly upset.
Ladies! Ladies! Ladies! It breaks my heart to say do NOT purchase from this site. So I placed an order on the 8th of Nov 2022. And because the site was glitching it didn't allow all the numbers to attach to my address. I noticed it immediately so I tried to do a virtual chat and they kept declining it. So I called and was on hold for 45 minstrel couldn't get anyone on the phone. So I called thw next morning just for them to tell me that I had 30 min after I placed my order to fix it. (Which I tried to do twice) So I was told that I had to wait until a delivery was attempted before they could do anything. So now my stuff is being sent back and they told me that the only thing they could do is offer me a refund and if I repurchased the items they would give me a price difference for the items so I could get them at the price I originally purchased them. But only after I purchased them at full price and then they would issue me a refund. This is the second time that I've had this issue. I've been a loyal customer for almost 6yrs andafter this I will not be going back. I found a better site, and the prices are more reasonable and the customer service is better. They treat you like you matter and they go above and beyond to make sure you receive your items and that your happy.
Ordered item was way bigger than my size and was told to pay for return of shipment? Customer service representative kept me on the phone for more than an hour and came back to tell me she was sorry, I have to pay for the shipment out of my pocket or would be deducted from my refund. I drove about 45 minutes to the store to exchange the item and was told I couldn't do it there ( online exclusive). I have never experienced anything like this from any online store, and it's very imperative that Ashley Stewart revise their policies. Would not recommend to anyone; Bad customer service.

Answer: Yes and $8 minimum shipping to receive and to return. Paid $16 because their item was terrible quality and see through.
Answer: Sometimes yes, sometimes no. They're sizing is verrrry inconsistent.
Answer: Fit for me was either true or a bit big. I wear 24 or 3X and next time will try a size down.
