Stop giving these people your money. They lie about their return policy and the hair is not as advertised. Don't listen to the bloggers who get free hair and lie about the product. The customer service is extremely unprofessional and they call my dear or honey one more time they can shove the words up their rear. I will never buy from them.

This hair is the best hair I have ever ordered online. Ashmary isn't the first website I've brought a wig from but it is the BEST website I've ever brought a wig from. I love the wig it so pretty ash blonde color. Is very soft & true to LENGTH! It came out bright and gorgeous. The hair was easy to be plucked and installed and even my hairstylist complimented the hair.

This company could care less about quality. The pictures look one way and when receive the unit it looks another way. Y'all save your money there are some fantastic hair companies out there. You get what you pay for.

What a waste of $200.00. The wig was trash and the hair is terrible. I can't wear the wig i have tried to make it look decent but it is impossible.
This is a 3.1/2 month long story so I ha e to make it short I purchased a wig on October 15 22, the same day I requested a refund ever since that day I have been doing rebuttals and escalations and disputes all from chime Financial to to deny 300 times ashinmary said once they received they item back id get a full refund so I shipped it back November 30th 22 they received it December 6 22 they stopped responding as soon as they received it back butvwill not send me my refund don't stop at thus company had two women tell me her wig melted the other didn't even receive hers and they wouldn't give her her money back this is a bad bad company avoid atvall cost theybare robbing people in America because they know they in china are located don't buy this hair my wig was oily tangled and it had pokey hair from the top to the bottom in the whole back of this wig than they black mailing me because I posted post about them theybtold me if I take down the trustpilot reviews they manager promises they'll send me my refund via paypalnor directly to me if I don't than they cant send it STAY AWYA FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE BAD HAIR QUALITY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE LS
Y'all do not buy from ashimary wigs I received a wig I ordered a 28" jet black straight pre plucked baby hair transparent wig what I received was a brownish wig with some wierd looking wig that was oily and brownish with red strands the wig looked raggedy the lace was not transparent it had a small rip the wig has hair that was sticking up and out all over the wig even if you flat combed it the hair wouldn't lay down it was short small hair in the top of the wig sticking up what's that I ordered a black wig they Sent a brown wig that was dyed brown the combs were not in the same place as the picture they ha e a fake number so you can't contact them the adress on here is not the adress on the site I didn't get the wig I roes I paid my hard earned money to not get what I wanted I talked to a person til late night said I could get my refund I sent them pictures they said the wig was brown from my bedroom light try the sun in the morning it was still brown showed me a picture lace I ordered than I showed them it wasn't the lace on the wig no baby hair no pluck at all said the wig was raggedy from being package I should boil it than offers me a 20 refund a flat from early today all day I ha e been texting them on Instagram and. Facebook and email nothing they get your money and ignore you they policy say if they mess up your order they ha e to give a refund they don't they ignore you send you a totally different wig not the wig in the picture this is a different wig form what I ordered oh yea and FYI you pay for a 28" what they do is take short hair out it at the top part of the wig and than take a small amount of long hair ans out at the bottom back meaning your not actually getting a 28"" in the whole wig so becareful buying from these people I don't get the china address and the fake number
This wig is hands down 10/10. The lace is really thin and transparent you can tint it to match your skin. The hair holds curls nicely. I have no complaints with this wig
