This company is complete garbage. There's no way this is legit. I received a wig that looked like a five-year-old put it together. The Instagram ad made it look as if the hair was full and beautiful. I bought the hair because of something that I saw on Instagram. I buy a lot of things from Instagram and never have I been disappointed before. The hair was very thin. It was uneven, one side is longer than the other. And the top part was not a lace front so it was sewn in a pattern where you could see the stitching. I reached out to the company and told them that I wanted to return the product. They asked me if I could keep the hair because it would be a hassle on me and they would pay me $15. That's a complete insult because I want my full refund. I'm not trying to get a free wig. Per their return policy if the hair or wig is defective, you can return for full refund. I have pictures to prove that the hair was not manipulated in anyway. I said it on a doll head to take these pictures but the wig was never placed on my head. Honestly, the cap look so small I don't think it would fit because it barely fit on the doll head. I am returning everything that came in the package per the instructions and we shall see if I get my money back.

I placed my order 2/9 and still dont have the wig! Sent an email a
& was advised i rush would be placed plus a tracking # would be sent. This is the worst experience i"ve ever had with a wig vendor, so ready to say forget it & get my money back. Please do not order from this company & wish i looked up the reviews before i placed it.

I order one thing they send me this hair I reach out to the the offer me 15.00 for a wig that cost me 139.00 I told them I want my whole refund so we went back and forward so as for me I will never order for this company again I Read the good reviews what the want you to no but go to the BB B website and this company is very bad on reviews

The item arrived on the dates promised. Appears to be in order. Looking forward to installing my new bundles.

I ordered from Ashimary hair on the 9th and Im yet to receive my order.
I've emailed like three times and they keep giving the same response "they are going to rush the warehouse" yet my order status still says order placed. The estimated shipping is 4-6 days, why am I yet to receive a tracking number or updated order status. Im very disappointed with my experience and don't recommend! Currently debating on settling it out with my bank or requesting a refund.

I have purchased wigs from this company over and over trying to give them a chance to prove me wrong but they never prove me wrong! THESE WIGS SHED TIGHTEN IT UP! That's my complaint! I wish my video would upload but it won't

I really thought it was just me and having terrible luck. I ordered my wig through Amazon and it was what I ordered however, right at the 30 days mark I had it mess up. It was bad enough with the way it was shedding but while washing it with lukewarm water it developed a huge massive "rats nest" right in the back by the crown. It appears that the area where they braid it had started coming undone and the entire thing created a mess. Now there is hardly any hair left in the lace area. If I could rate it absolutely no stars I would.

I want to give 0 stars.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It is absolute trash.
The wigs shed to the point there's hardly any hair left on the lace. There isn't enough hair on the lace to begin with.
The hair they use is literal scraps.
My first wig I bought I went to tint with professional colour as I read that the wigs colour well, half the hair fell out of the wig… oh and i ordered straight hair and when I washed the hair it was curly? I was told not to use a blow drier and let it air dry so I did. Well the wig didn't dry after a week and started the stink. How am I meant to use a wig like that?
They had to send me a replacement wig (after I battled with them for a week and wouldn't refund me) and I get it and it's GREEN. It was meant to be a bronde and the thing is green… the lace is patchy.
It's a mess the whole thing is a mess. Then they offer to send me a bob wig? Like just give me my money back for scamming me.
Awful awful awful. DO NOT BUY.

I really love this hair, beautiful quality. But I'm disappointed that I didn't get the free gift, that being said really good quality,I'm a repeat buyer because of the quality hair you guys sell

Place an order and NEVER received it. No response or reply to emails! I feel scammed! DON'T ORDER!

The hair is dry and extremely thin and 15 inches not 20, do not buy horrible horrible, complete scam

I placed an order with Ashimary wig company on December 9,2023 I paid 290.00 and I received my confirmation number by email. I was trusting the feed back on Facebook of others that have purchased from this company. I had decided to find out about where is my order or tracking of my order to contact support. Here it is now December 11,2023 and I received an email from someone on their customer support by the name Emma told me that it was a delay of my order because they found out it was a high level risk noticed received from the bank about my purchase and they want a picture of my ID and bank card to verify to my bank about my purchase. I asked the bank about my purchase with Ashimary company they said they have already took my money for purchase. I did not give this company my photo of my picture and my bank card this is not safe.

But I really feel like it's gonna be a good wig long term use.

Do not order from this company they take 5+ days just to process your order they also do not respond to emails in a timely manner it will be 24 hours for every response that Hass to be sent. If you send them a email it's gonna take them 24 hours to respond to you when you respond back it's gonna take them another 24 hours to respond to your inquiry.
I would not trust this company and I was warned of it and didn't even realize when I was ordering.

Purchased 2 wigs, one flash sale one normal, all came in great quality. Really worth my money! Girl you can run for it. Def recommend Ashimary hair company.

These wigs are everything that ashimary describes them to be. I love a good quality wig that feels like money well spent. I will refer all of my future and current clients to definitely choose ashimary hair.

I can't tell you how happy I am with this company and their products.

To start with shipping took a week, so not long! ( I'm in FL)

When I first opened it up I couldn't believe how beautiful the color was. When I first put it on I had to do very little to achieve my desired style which is down the middle, part.

Usually you can smell either the bleach or the product they used on the hair, but this product had absolutely no smell,which I love.

However, it could be worn and parted freely, as I ordered the 13x6, they also have other options and full lace wigs as well!

I paid just over $200 (206$) for a 24-in,highlighted,beautiful blonde wig. Anywhere else I would have paid over $500 easily for this product.

I ordered a 24-in but I definitely got a longer wig!

Everywhere I go I get compliments on my hair and nobody even knows it's a wig You guys have changed my life!

Update: I did not put dye directly on the hair. I placed the semi-permanent hair dye in a tub of water, then placed the garbage hair into the tub of water with the semi-permanent hair dye. I am still shocked that what was supposedly be human hair could not withstand this. The hair is garbage, PERIOD!

Buyers beware! This hair is trash. Ashimary scanned me for my money. I purchased hair from them based on false advertisement of their trashy products.

I never received this unit but decided to keep the one that you all sent because I trusted that it was 100 % human hair. I soon realized that you took my money and sent to me a trashy unit with severely mixed-matched hair of synthetic hairs with lower quality fiber hairs.

There is a different type of trashy hair used on the lace than the trashy hair used on the remaining unit all while given an unflattering, cheap, fake, wiggy appearance. You are guilty of false advertising and removing bad reviews from the very social sites that you advertise on. You are selling trashy products but advertising them as high dollars, while scamming people out their money.

They actually responded and offered a shameful refund of $10.00– for a trashy unit that I paid $300.00 dollars to purchase from shameless scammers. I am going to report them.

I ordered a water wave wig It arrived yesterday by DHL. I was excited about my wig after seeing the picture. Once I opened up the package it was not the same, wig tracks are showing the wig that is pictured shows you could part it there are no parts. Where you section it off

Poorly made very cheap feeling and the hair smells horrible fishy smell. I sent two emails with two pictures to your company. I am a person with special-needs far as my hair go suffering from medical alopecia from a chronic illness that I have so I could dare wear that I have several weeks that I purchased from a another company which is all I order from, but decided to purchase from your company, never again this is horrible to even send me something like that. Yes the way it was only 114 but that's only because of the inches that I picked. I feel like the picture is misleading being that I ordered the exact same week as pictured, and it is not nowhere close to that in person, I could never order from you again unfortunately
