Wish it was possible to give ZERO stars because the wig I ordered was NOTHING at all what I received! Tried returning the wig because I never wore it because I didn't approve of it from the moment I took it out of the box. They gave me this entire spill about how expensive it would be to return it and offered me $20 back from a purchase I paid over $170 for. Most ofb their reviews aren't verified and seem to be paid reviews because I'm almost positive I'm not the only one with a bad experience. You'll notice the 4.0 they received is much less than other wig companies like LuvMe, UNICE, and others. Their refund policy means NOTHING to them and they're unethical as a business. I wish it was possible for me to add the picture of the wig from their website opposed to the wig I received.

I first want to start by saying, we are an extremely marginalized group in society which is why we have to adjust to society's beauty standards and buy wigs, but now we also have to adjust to corrupt companies that back those standards? Read all the negatives reviews. These are accurate and exactly the same as what happened to me as well. I do not want to waste another minute dealing with this, but I have to write a review because not only was this a terrible business transaction to resolve, but the conversation with them also revealed how unethical this company is. Lies, gaslighting - everything! There is likely a terrible reason why they do not honor their return policy. Do not believe a positive review, it was written or incentivized by Ashimary Hair. I can, and we should all be able to tell because it's the same monotone "positive" review. Tell me, which buyer will go to a site like Better Business Bureau of all places to write a good review? BBB is for buyers who want to resolve an unpleasant transaction with a business... Ashimary endorses those superficial standards by selling you these wigs at a ridiculous price driven by greed, makes the poorest of quality wigs and then refuses to honor an already unfair return policy. This then forces you to make that ugly wig work by reviewing a number of YouTube tutorials on how to glue on a wig – which damages your natural hair. Does this make sense to you to allow? As I said, we are extremely marginalized. Do not do business and give your hard-earned money to a company that charges you a fortune for crap and then turns around and says, "you're the problem for wanting a return". This is the most unethical business I have ever bought from, and I will never buy from them again. Let's finally be smart about who we give our time and money to.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have purchased the same bob wig from them before and was happy with it, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The wig arrived in noticeably poor condition: it was thin on both sides, with uneven thickness and what seemed like two different hair types. It did not match the quality of my previous purchase. I immediately contacted customer service with photos and requested a refund. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they simply said the wig looked that way "because of the cut"—which felt dismissive and did not address my complaint. They refused a refund, only offering a gift card or a replacement wig, despite the refund policy stated on their site. Reluctantly, I agreed to try a replacement wig and returned the original. Unfortunately, the new wig was just as bad as the first. I emailed them again to request a refund and provided more photos as asked, but still got the runaround with no resolution. Out of frustration, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute to recover my money. Overall, this company does not honor their refund policy, and their customer service is not helpful or responsive. My advice: avoid this company. The quality is inconsistent, and getting your money back if you have an issue is a nightmare. **Pros:** - Past purchases were satisfactory. **Cons:** - Poor quality product: thin, uneven, and inconsistent with previous orders. - Customer service is dismissive and does not honor refund policy. - Difficult and frustrating returns/refunds process. **Would I buy again?** Absolutely not.

The wigs on their site does not match what they send. I wish that I had read the real reviews before purchasing. I then ordered a replacement wig and they charged me more for "a better quality " since April 14th. It's now May 8th and I have not received the replacement nor a valid tracking number. Their customer service is only via WhatsApp messages or email and they give you the run around and are absolutely no help. They always offer you $15 gift card to THEIR store as compensation. They make you pay the shipping fee to return their bad products. I am now in the hole for $270. The only tracking number I got shows it has been stuck at one location for over 6 days now. I have no wig and they refuse to issue a refund for non-delivery. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where you're valued and with a company that's legit. Their website reviews and ratings are not a true representation of real customers' experience.

I had a terrible experience with Ashimary Hair and would not recommend purchasing from them. The wig I received was nothing like what was advertised—it was not stretchable, did not fit, and had a synthetic-like texture, despite being advertised as 100% human hair.

When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive, insisting the wig was correct instead of acknowledging the clear misrepresentation. They refused to provide a prepaid return label, forcing me to pay for return shipping even though the issue was their fault. After much back and forth, they only agreed to refund half of my return shipping cost, which is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to value its customers.

To make matters worse, every time I post an honest review about my experience, Ashimary Hair removes it. This shows that they are actively hiding negative feedback instead of addressing the real issues customers are facing. A trustworthy company would not silence dissatisfied customers—they would take responsibility and improve their service.

I also discovered that Ashimary Hair has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), with numerous complaints from other customers experiencing the same issues—false advertising, poor quality products, and refusal to issue refunds. This company has a pattern of deceptive practices, and I regret giving them my business.

Buyers beware! If you are considering purchasing from Ashimary Hair, do your research and read real customer reviews before wasting your money.

I bought the buy 1 get 1 on black Friday and by February the wig was falling apart and shedding really bad. I was very disappointed. The texture of the hair was beautiful but poorly made.

I ordered a black colored wig from ashmary, I wanted a Blonde or ombre brown.I sent the black one back for exchange.and I haven't gotten it they want more money.for the Blonde.I want a refund ASAP. My proof purchase is the box I returned and tracking number is on it.I have added the one I wanted if not possible please send me my money back.thank you.p.s. Same wig different Color I love the products you had.but having a hard time with the customer Service. If you can't give me an exchange please return my money..

I ordered two wigs off this website and the first one the string that makes it fit tight wasn't in it. The second one I just got in September and all the hair came off the lace and all they wants to give me is $20 gift card. I've spent way too much more than $20 so please be careful order from this website I will never order anything from here again

Very poor customer service. I purchased a wig from Ashimary it arrived defected. I even sent a photo of the wig. The front was missing noticeable hair. I immediately contacted Ashimary and was told to return it for a replacement. It cost $8.70 postage. I was told to send a copy of the US Postal receipt, which I did. They asked for my PayPal ID. However I only got $8,31 refund. PayPal said since Ashimary requested immediate refund and not just a regular refund they charged a fee to me and not Ashimary. On top of that I had to send several emails to Ashimary about the status and it took more than a month to get my replacement. I purchased from them before and had been satisfied, but after this purchase, I will never buy from them again. If you do purchase at your own risk. If your wig is defective you will not get the full amount you paid for returning it back to them.

First time purchase regret. I got sent the driest most damaged hair I have ever seen. Not only does it look like it was cut by a blindfolded child with safety scissors but there are bits of "orange" hairs all over the wig that was not supposed to be part of the style/color ( it's that orange/blonde stage from when a person is starting going grey). I contacted them the same day of delivery and the response I received was "sorry dear we can offer to send you $20 ". This was a $200 order. Then after following up again to their insult of a refund offer they gave me a return address in the US that I will still need to pay to send this garbage back. Beware that they are based (or atleast shipping from) China and they put little care in the quality of their product or customer service.

This website is a scam. I received a poorly constructed unit and you only have 7 days to see if it's too your liking however, once you open the package or wear it, you void a return or exchange.
Even though the hair is soft this wig is pretty much unwearable.
1) the cap is far too big. That's saying a lot as I have a big head and this drooped well past one of my ears. Cutting the lace for a natural hairline would have meant cutting far into the actual piece.
2) there are terrible short pieces that they placed to skirt around actually making this 250% thickness. Some of these fluff pieces they had the audacity to place near the crown!
3) the hair is beyond damaged. The poor thing has so many split ends that no amount of care I've put in so far has helped with smoothing.
4) the unit was supposed to be 613 with dark roots throughout... The roots are only on the crown... It's terrible looking.

**TLDR: I did some pretty extensive looking around and hoped this company would be legit. I warn you they purchase their reviews and have zero care for a good product. Total waste of my hard earned money.

I ordered a wig on June 2 and received it on June 18th. No communication until I reached out to them. I received it and same day called customer service to ask for address to return it. Now it a big $#*! problem. They won't let you. So if you order from thos company make sure that's the one you want. If you like the color online and you receive it and it looks better online they don't care. If it has a smell to it they don't care. They have you money period and they are not going to refund you. Be 100%. China you got me this time. LADIES BEWARE. I shouldn't have to fix it for the price I paid for it. Just giving you heads up.

I am compelled to write this review to warn potential buyers about ASHIMARY HAIR. They are deceitful, and the quality of their products is abysmal. Please review the screenshots and photos I've added for reference.

Firstly, the unit I received was not as advertised. I ordered a 26" length, but what I got was barely 22" to 24". The hair density, which was supposed to be 180%, felt more like 120%—extremely thin. The hair mats terribly, and the shedding is just unbelievable.

As someone with extensive experience purchasing lace units since their inception, I can confidently say this hair is among the worst I've encountered. Don't just take my word for it; I'm including links to a TikTok video showcasing the poor quality and a link to the Better Business Bureau where ASHIMARY HAIR holds an F rating.

Upon receiving the unit (which I should be thankful for, as many customers never even get theirs), I was immediately disappointed. When asked to provide a positive review, I declined because of the unit's poor quality (see screenshot). My heart goes out to those who have been scammed by this company. It's appalling that international companies can scam their way into our homes and steal our hard-earned money.

I was ready to cut my losses, but after wrestling with this unit again today, trying to detangle the knots and mats for work, I couldn't stay silent. This unit, which cost me over $300, is a nightmare. Please, do not support or patronize ASHIMARY HAIR. They are nothing but thieves and scammers. I hope this review goes viral to protect others and put them out of business. Though, they might just change their name to continue their deceit.

Buy local. Supporting local businesses can help prevent these scams and protect our economy. If you must buy internationally, ensure you read reviews from independent sites like Google, not the merchant's website where reviews are often fabricated.

Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I've had this unit for less than a month, and it's already falling apart, whereas my units typically last at least six months. This unit is trash! I hope my experience helps someone avoid the same fate.

This is an update to my first review. Actually, it's an update to the update. At first. I was happy with the wig when I got it. I uploaded video and everything after I put it on well fast forward to today. There is almost no hair on frontal, there's several ball spots in the frontal! So basically they bleached the mess out of the frontal or they and or they use some cheap bleach and the roots to be weed and I kid you not. I started looking at the wig when I was putting it on spots like big patches of it gone, that is not supposed to happen. Especially on a wig this new I feel like I was cheated out of my money and I am very upset because I left a good review for you guys. I'm embarrassed to put it on to show you guys what it looks like now I will upload video and photos of it on a mannequin head instead.

The hair is so so nice just like in the ad, no shedding and is neat. I will be bringing more customers to this company as is very good and the contact was just great, kept me updated at all time.

I am wowed when I got my hair and is exactly what I ordered. Neat, little or know shedding. The gifts attached are so 👌 😍 🔥 I am definitely here to stay no going back. Thanks for staying true. I love my hair. I surely recommend them.

I have been ordering from Ashimary for over three years now (directly from their website). I have multiple style and texture wigs and I recently decided to start doing sew ins and their bundles and closure quality was as great as their wigs. Their fullness was what I really loved. You will not be disappointed with Ashimary. Their customer service is great, they use DHL so shipping takes within a week and they always have deals available for my baddies on a budget.
The pictures are of the loose deep wave bundles. The first is after I washed them. The other is after I blow it out and put in in a heartless curls headband (not curling it beforehand) and you can see how well it curled.

You won't ever get those wigs lol they are gonna lie about your addres being wrong... spend ypur money with a real company, not a Facebook company lol lesson learned $419 wasted on these liars

I absolutely love this wig! I've never used wigs before and had always hesitated because I thought it would be hot and uncomfortable and that I wouldn't be able to make it look good. I finally took the jump when my hair was just way too short to make extensions work and I'm so glad I did! The hair I got from ashimary is soft and beautiful — and real! I was easily able to bleach and then dye my unit making it look like MINE. I've had multiple people at work think it is actually mine! It honestly came out of the package ready to go. It was very easy to put on and with minimal effort make it look nice and not "wiggy." This is such an affordable price for something so very nice and lovely — at this price point jet doesn't make sense to get anything else! Best of all, their customer service is highly attentive. They answer questions right away and give the kind of service usually associated with far more expensive products. I will definitely purchase here again (I already have another one on the way!) and I highly recommend others buy their units here too. The photos I attached are after I bleached and dyed the unit and gave myself some bangs. I loooove it and wear it every waking minute!

I purchased hair, from Ashmary on February 24 that I never received. They charge $93.49 to my PayPal account. When I tracked the package to Franklin Park, Illinois. It was scheduled for pick up on March 12. I was told by DHL Express that they called them told them to send my package somewhere else. You can't call customer service because they don't exist. What type of number is **************? If I had done my research, I would have known it was a scam. I am so mad because when you use their chat on their website and they act like they don't understand English, but write it very well. I wish I knew where to find them. Buyer Beware Do Not ORDER ANYTHING from them. The nerve 😡
