I do not understand how they think that it is ok for an online purchase that you have not seen in person, if you buy it for 50% off or more, then you can not exchange?
Wow, That is very customer cheating because many of their clothes are unwearable
For example it can be too cropped or the structure of the garment is weird or the material is way too thin. Garbage
I called aritzia customer service to find out whether there were alternatives to a fed ex delivery as I've had horrible experiences with this service. I was told no and was encouraged to reach out to fed ex myself, another alternative which was so bogus/ridiculous it was actually comical. Lol. What would that do about the existing horrible service with fed ex? Nothing. The Rep, who I won't name, was passive aggressive and totally unhelpful after a 20 minute call, putting me in a lengthy hold. Will never be ordering from aritzia again based on their contract with fed ex AND the awful service.
I ordered a coat online. I wasn't told it would be FedExed. Fedex delivered while I was at work. They won't reship it without aritzia calling them. I called 5 times and no one answered for three of those calls. They said they would reship it. That was 4 days ago. I still don't have a coat and now they won't refund it. All I get is oh we're trying to find out where the coat is. It's at FedEx. I get daily notifications.
Not willing to offer any price adjustment even when it was only days after I purchase, man it is not a sustainable way to make business, you may earned a couple extra hundred dollar by not offer the service but you will lost tons of customers for it too.
The worse place for customer service, they are completely inhuman, terrible attitude, no social skills completely idiotic.

I bought a coat for my daughter for Xmas and found out now she doesn't want it, so went to return it and was told that I couldn't get a refund for it. Only a store credit.
I wasn't t told this when I bought the coat or would never have bought it.
I will never shop there again with such a terrible return policy and I don't suggest anyone does.
I called customer service and they were no help.
Rideau Centre aritzia... dont feel welcome in this location, staff looks like catty snobs. Could have bought something but chose to go elsewhere.
My stuff was put back on shelves when I went to pay for it. Also I ordered a sweater on line and when I went to pick it up in the store I was told that they have to look for it on the floor and to hope that it's still somewhere and was not sold already!

I was really excited when I placed my order through this company. I had been to their Walnut Creek location several months ago and I really liked the quality of their merchandise. So when I saw there was a 50% sale on a blouse I was interested in, I jumped at the opportunity. What I was expecting was a high quality, well-made, white blouse and what I got was everything but that. The material was extremely see through, poorly made, and very cheap quality. What I got and what was advertized were two completely different things. I would hesitate to pay $10, let alone the $44 I had too. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, when I returned my item, I was charged for shipping again so I ended up only being reimbursed a fraction of the cost. In short, I was very disappointed with a company that was supposedly reputable. I would strongly advise anyone to seriously reconsider before placing an order with this company.
I went into the store and since they didnt have my size the clerk suggested ordering to the store. Ok fine. I did this. And PAID. A week and half later i began wondering why i wasnt being contacted. So instead i contacted them only to find out my order was cancelled due to inventory. Ok. NO courtesy call or refund was given. I was told that now i have to inconvenience myself to go to the store for a refund. Im sorry but if you give custiners the option to order to the store and make them PAY for the items... first ensure your inventory is accurate and offer some type of compensation for your paying customers not a simple... there is nothing we can do.
Given their high prices and limited location, their in-store return policy is pretty unforgiving: 10 days for full refund, 21 days for exchange! Then you are stuck with something that might be of good quality but it is not really what you wanted. Buyer be aware!
I use to spend a lot of money at aritzia but the staff at their pacific centre location are so unbelievably rude that just seeing their aritzia sign at any location reminds me of the little mean girl attitude I received. I don't know who trains these ladies at this location but they are doing the brand a real disservice. Their styles are no longer unique to their stores and the synthetic materials they mostly use now really don't warrant putting up with $#*!y staff. The retail industry in Vancouver is just way to competitive for that nonsense.
I went shopping at a store and fell in love with a skirt but they didn't have the color I liked in my size. The lady at the register said she could order for me and have delivered to my house. The order came and it was the wrong color! I decided to go back to the store with that skirt and a shirt I had bought previously after noticing that white some white stitching on the back had been stitched in a camel color so it looked like my $100 top had stains on the back but it was a sewing flaw. The lady at Aritzia took back the wrong colored skirt and the flawed shirt and said that both items would be delivered to my house. Three weeks later, I have yet to get these items so I just called customer service and she replied they are out of these items and I should have been told this! Not only did they fail to call or tell me this but they should have called to refund my money! Apparently they don't care. Just another horrible company that wants to take your money and fill you with false hope to do so.
Yes sometimes the workers hired can be stuck up, but even people hired at low end cheap stores can be stuck up. There clothing is quality. Yes it is expensive but at least u are purchasing real material
I would just like to recognize how awesome Anna was in online customer service. I called in a panic as I had bought a dress in store a while ago for my grad but tried it on only to find it didn't fit anymore. Anna immediately took charge of the situation and made it a breeze. She was so kind and understanding!
I sent back an unworn item in the mail and fedex lost the package and never scanned it. Customer service did nothing help and refused to refund me or at least give me store credit. Nothing. Never shopping here again.
I honestly always order from Aritzia online. I hate shopping in their stores due to horrible customer service and non genuine feedbacks. Their quality is awesome and service is quite decent online. The standard shipping is very fast, I literally receive my order the next day or within 2-3 business days. I definitely recommend to just check for your size in stores and purchase online instead.
Artizia has some of the cutest clothes super expensive but I don't mind paying for things like sweaters and blouses that I feel are well made. However, the one issue i have with this place is how awful the people who work in store are, on average, as well as via the customer service line. They all seem to be teens who have absolutely no customer service skills. In store they're often rude, and lazy and lack tact. I shop here less now just bc I don't want to deal with how awful the people who work there are.
If I can give a review of no star, I would like to do so. Sale items are not allow to refund, which sale items still expensive. Both customer service and retail told me that no return after the tag is off. Wait! It is only a jacket, no return even I bring at the price tag with reciept... I can return all the open product from all big retail store as long as I have a reciept with me. Jacket with tags off means used, so all the clothes putting out can be consider used as all have been tried by customers, right? I am pretty sure they can send it back to re-tag it.
Answer: Yes seems how I ordered tires 2-15-2023 and now it's 4-10-23 and still haven't gotten them and can't even Wright them do to them blocking me
Answer: Aritzia is taking advantage of their young, targeted audience by not offering proper customer service to a generation that is likely to sit down and take the abuse, rather than fighting back and getting what they deserve. They have a return policy of only ten days, which is an outlier amongst Canadian companies. In ten days, a product likely won't be delivered if purchased online, so the return period is lost before the product even reaches its buyer. I'm leaving this review in hopes of spreading awareness of Aritzias poor customer service and the impossibility to return products to Aritzia.
