Got a gift card from my husband for my birthday. I tried to order a couple of things - anything for that matter, in my size (Small typically, though it's a gamble since their styles can be very inconsistent), and pretty much every item was backordered until late fall/winter (which is when people typically buy WINTER clothes). Service staff are unhelpful and have blamed their supply chain issues on COVID and 'these challenging times' (utter parp as I've ordered plenty during all of this with almost no issue, except for an extra day or 2 of shipping time - no biggie). Gift cards are nonrefundable, which is something I vehemently encourage them to reconsider with all of the aforementioned issues they seem to not be able to address. It has become an increasingly time-sucking activity to try to shop with Aritzia. Once I try and find something to spend what was supposed to be a nice gift, but that ended up being a lesson in frustration, I will not shop with them again. Their prices are not competitive enough to warrant such shoddy service and business practices.
I asked a staff member what size I am in yoga pants she said I have no ideas and walked away to resort hangers also I tried to return a body suit, not worn with tags, no return for hygienist reasons but no one mention that when I bought it. My expensive sweater pilled up and I'm just so over this place. NOT worth it sorry I can afford it but the bad service is not worth it, I expect WAY more from a luxury store
ARITZIA has amazing reviews online so I thought I would try their merchandise but it seems ARITZIA requires you to email feedback and filters their reviews. After trying their stuff I guess that's why all the reviews are good.
So i called aritzia customer service line yesterday i spoke with chloe regarding my atmosphere leggings how this time it felt a little snug and i never worn itc it has all the tags on it and i wanted to see if i can change it something else because size XS fits tight and size S fits very loose so i asked politely if i can just changed it to something else whether its much more expensive or less, chloe asked her manager and she refused becaz she said its been few month we cannot, i asked if i can talk to her manager which her name is vivian and she was very rude and sarcastic on the phone. They honestly have the worst customer service and policey i would never shop from there. Jusy before i called the store i spent over $400 on there product after what happened yesterday ill be returning all there crap and wont shop from there ever again. Worst worst customer service and policey.
Sent me a pair of damaged pants and were so rude about it. There is actually something wrong with the people who work here.
They just don't reply to any emails and returns don't work at all. I ordered a dress to Europe and wanted to return. No reply from them for 2 weeks!
I buy a lot online and clothes are some of the hardest things to get right... I try to read as many reviews as possible to avoid having to do returns. I placed an order on aritzia.com in April for several items, one of which was an Adler thermal. It was so wide it looked steched to the gilds and was very unflattering. This was during the time their whole site was on sale 20% off. Turns out every single item returned during that promotion was only eligible for store credit because everything was considered "sale price." This is their policy for anything marked down, be it temporarily or clearance. I felt tricked by their 20% promo, seeing how you have to click on another page and read their fine print to find this out. The promo ended in May and as I suspected, the Adler thermal went back to regular price. Had it been clearance I'd have been more understanding, but since their excuse for not giving me my money back was that it was a "sale item" and yet they marked it back up to regular price within a week, it all felt slimey and wrong. We're talking about a promo where for almost an month straight every single order would only be eligible for store credit on returns. I take that as incredibly opportunistic of the company. Every other place I buy clothes from in this price range gives refunds in original form of payment, no questions asked, within a reasonable time frame of course.
Fast forward and I have this $35 e gift card to Aritzia which I have no desire to use. But I have a beach trip coming up and decided I'd look for some accessory or something I can't mess up and then wipe my hands of them. I ordered a floral scarf, using almost the whole amount on the gift card. When I received it there were two small holes in the knit and now I'm wondering... Do I keep this obviously damaged item or do I go through the hassle of returning for another e gift card when I just want to be done with them already? I think I just answered my own question. Oh, and getting a response back from customer service via email regarding my first return took 11 days and I had to nudge them (meaning, I literally had to email them again saying like, "hey, what's up? Did you get my last email) for a response. When they did get back to me, no apologies for any inconvenience or assuring me they would take care of it... Just a simple," yes, we received your return request and we will be sending you an e gift card."
I do not like this company. They're problematic. They are always out of stock in the few items I was interested in and when they do restock they sell out incredibly fast. It's just not worth the hassle knowing all that I know now. I'll stick with my other favorite places who actually value their customers.
First off I only bought from this store because their owner was on the news and made it sound what he was doing so grand. I ordered 2 items off the website and they were nothing like the pic so I gave one away and sent the other back. They refused to credit my account back and gave me an ecard. You would think in these times they would give your money back like ALL other stores because you cant see the item. I will be out 250.00 dollars because I will never step in this store
I have been shopping here since I was 13 and now I'm 21. I don't understand how so many people have had negative experiences. The customer service at all the Aritzia stores I've been to is always exceptional. My packages come within 3-4 days, which is especially impressive considering the pandemic. Everything I've owned has been super high-quality and long-lasting. I really appreciate how they are sustainable and don't use any plastic in shipped packages.
They do not give you refund for items and they do not state it explicitly when you check out. Horrible company, there is no clothing company as bad as Aritzia in the U.S. DO not shop here!
So really upsetting to write this review because I love the quality of the clothing. So this review has nothing to do with the clothing. But their customer service is atrocious! The women I spoke to on the phone today was condescending and rude. I've never felt like so like like like like... in high school! She literally sounded like a brat who kept saying like over and over. And when I tried to explain that the issue with my credit card wasn't coming from my end but their fault she literally ignored me and was like anything else... nasty. She never once tried to explain why my credit card wasn't working nor did she try to help me solve the issue. She was beyond rude and ignored me throughout the whole conversation. All I can say is they lost a customer for their Horrible customer service and maybe they should really retrain their staff on how to speak to their customers especially ones who have spent thousands of dollars on their company.
The clothes are nice, overpriced but nice. I ordered on April 5th and it's April 28th and I still have not received my order, even though when tracking it said it was supposed to arrive by the 10th. I had to provide an alternate address and all they offered me was free express shipping on my next order by CALLING IN and requesting it... I don't need free express shipping, NORMAL shipping is fine, what I SHOULD have been offered at the very least was a discount. They said they're not able to provide that, which I find ridiculous. Clearly they don't care about their customers.
So disappointed on all ends of the spectrum with this company, I bought several items spent a lot of money and the quality was so bad. They will not refund you what you paid this company also does not respond within a timely manner customer service and quality should be number one priority I will never be shopping with them again.
The online store is unreliable and not responsive when there are problems. I like to buy Canadian but will not be giving this company anymore business.
I stumbled across Aritzia when one of my favorite fashion accounts posted about it. I was in love looking at their site because of the aesthetic and ultimately the style of clothes. I ordered two shirts on April 1st and got my package April 4th & this is during a pandemic. So impressed by the quickness and the quality of both items. Definitely going to become one of my new favorite clothing stores for sure and will be recommending it to everyone I know!
I have known Aritzia since I was 10
I am now 35 and have always been shopping there. The past two years I noticed that quality of their clothing is not as great as before. Prices has gone def higher but for what u pay it's a real rip off.
Sunday best quality is highly low ( lower that the rest I found)
Styles has been really off lately. Everything is oddly sheer or has big holes that all your body shows or tops are all short!
Barely there is something that you can find and put in your closet so that you are able to properly use for some time.
Honestly they started only making clothings for 10-15 years old kids.
I used to love their famine delicate styles. I think the stylists change?
Oh and everything from Le Fou last year was showing your side boob.
It was so embarrassing to wear. They were great to look at. I am a size 0 and don't have big boobs or big type of the body, I love fashion and afore feminine classic chic style but it was a real disappointment to even scroll down on their page this spring! Oddly weird type of style and clothing.
I hope they come up with something more versatile rather than all sheer short tops.;(
Why bother having items on your website and have stuff that can't be shipped for over 2 months or more? Lame. If you don't have the product, don't put it on your site. This company leave a lot to be desired. Actually, so much so that I no longer shop there! They failed too many times and are now history. Goodbye Aritzia, you blew it and I'll be surprised if you're still in business by the end of 2020. Oh, and nobody will miss you and your ignorant sales associates and $#*!ty change rooms with no mirrors in the stalls.
Honestly love Aritzia. I have been shopping at Aritzia for at least 2 years and they never fail to disappoint. The quality of clothes are impeccable and I have honestly never found anything wrong with them. I have returned online and in-store and the workers were extremely nice and understanding. I would 100% recommend shopping there.
I purchased a TNA Parka online. After wearing the coat for a few months I was noticing my expensive leggings were all frayed. I couldn't figure out how my leggings were all of a sudden being ruined. I later realized it was the inner patch of the jacket. Something inside the material was rubbing on my pants and wrecking them. First I tried to patch the area up with tape as you can see in the picture those are the ripped off tape marks. When that didn't work I contacted customer care and they told me it was wear and tear and take it to a tailor. Wow! Wear and tear inside my jacket in the material? That makes no sense. So now I have 2 very expensive leggings ruined and a very expensive parka I can no longer wear. What a huge disappointment! I urge you to think twice before buying something from Aritzia.
I ordered a pair of equator pants about a month ago and they called me within a week and a half saying that they got the order wrong so that I have to wait again. They re ordered it for me & now it's been almost 3 weeks since I've been waiting for my purchase. I am extremely unsatisfied with their poor service. I have yet to receive a call about my order.
Answer: Yes seems how I ordered tires 2-15-2023 and now it's 4-10-23 and still haven't gotten them and can't even Wright them do to them blocking me
Answer: Aritzia is taking advantage of their young, targeted audience by not offering proper customer service to a generation that is likely to sit down and take the abuse, rather than fighting back and getting what they deserve. They have a return policy of only ten days, which is an outlier amongst Canadian companies. In ten days, a product likely won't be delivered if purchased online, so the return period is lost before the product even reaches its buyer. I'm leaving this review in hopes of spreading awareness of Aritzias poor customer service and the impossibility to return products to Aritzia.
