Straight-forward flow on site
It would be helpful if the depth dimension of the inner cutout of the medallions were mentioned in the descriptions. We took a chance and was able to cut the circle out larger without getting into the deeper raised area, but it would have helped knowing all the dimensions before purchasing.

I purchased 5 pairs of shutters in two orders. The web site had a lot of options (material, style, height, width, color), which is very helpful. This was easy to navigate except for a period of a few days when the web site gave an error and displayed a coding dump. I placed and received two orders, one arrived in about 10 days and the other in about one month. The shutters came and matched what I ordered, although the thickness was never specified (I believe) and the shutters were thinner than what I assumed. When I tried to check on the order that took about a month I was not able to get useful information or talk to a person. The emails notifying me of delivery estimates were confusing. The products received are acceptable. I'd use them again because I'm not aware of a better source.
Prices comparable to Home Depot. Considering the reduced overhead you have, I thought the prices could have been a bit lower.
The shipping was free so maybe it's a wash.
