The header is everything it's supposed to be. Waiting for siding, etc so can install.

The shutters are exactly like the color sample and are beautiful on the house. I ordered extra fasteners just in case, but did not need them. Shipment arrived on time and undamaged. I would order from here again.

I find it ridiculous that for a small order to finish my project that there is no option for expedited shipping. Having to wait three weeks to finish my project is really going to hurt me.

Sept 2017. I wrote that above after ordering a small amount to finish my project, I was frustrated. The small order actually came a week to 10 days early what the emails I received predicted. It saved my bacon. I am a happy camper again.

The product was exactly what I expected and arrived in perfect condition. I have need of several other smaller domes and will be getting back to you soon.

Your shipping rates are a little steep.

First order so am hopeful and it was a great experience. First of all fast shipping and packaged so well that no breakage or damage at all. Secondly the craftsmanship on these two heads are so detailed and substantial in size our daughter is going to be thrilled to get them as a gift this year. She loves to put her own touch and use her artistic abilities. Love!
