It was easy to find item and easy to place order.

Of the 4 items that I purchased 3 of them were broken and had to be repaired, not very good packing. Repairs were completed to client's satisfaction and we were able to use the items. Otherwise we would have had to wait for new ones to arrive. The lead time from order to receiving items was also a bit long, 3 weeks in todays world is too long.

Phenomenal. I decided to keep the the pair I was going to return just in case I have to replace any. Will be ordering another pair for my upstairs window as well. Amazing service.
