My order arrived on time and in good condition.
I didn't like the screws that were furnished. I bought 2-1/2" Kreg pocket screws which have self tapping course threads. The square drives made for easy installation and the washer heads fit just inside the snap caps furnished. The shutters are very lightweight and thin. Time will tell with full sun and 4 seasons. Keeping my fingers crossed.

The box that allows you to make the billing address and the shipping address should be on the create account page. I see the same problem when I am asked if I would like to follow up with my order, I just ordered shutters and I need to re-enter information that should fill in automatically. Not very intuitive
After I received some help I was ok
1st I started with Home Depot and Lowes in matching color for my new Cinnamon toast storm door but it was all close but I was not sure. Then I was told about your web page and you sent me samples and I found the perfect color and when all was received and installed, PERFECT match. The first 2 places were done by physically seeing the product and yours was not. I will definitely refer you to other home owners who are paying to paint there existing plastic shutters for the same price I paid for yours. Painting is never good. Thanks for the good experience.
