I have already suggested your company to my park manager for his remolding business.
However, I ordered the panels on 10/25 and they still haven't shipped. I have no access to status on the website since my order was placed through Pacific Columns. Order still shows in cart even though my card was charged on 10/28.

I didn't want the shutters with the composite center but, that's what arrived. When I asked about it they told me that's what I ordered... I love the shutters but I hate the way the stain took, which I expected and was the reason I didn't want composite centers... If I were going to paint them they would have been perfect.
Ordered shutters for my front window. Quick delivery, product was as described. My husband watched the installation video on your website and had no problem installing them.

Hi I'm still waiting a phone call or an email response from Kevin Tett that the product was shipped but some modification needed to be done on my part which I went out and bought a $139 bench sander to make sure the pieces would fit together I believe on your website it says easy installation NOT thanks Ralph *******642
As a property renovator i usually get our shutters from AD. One challenge i would like to mention is the covers that go over the screws. They are very difficult to close and sometimes the cover breaks off from the ring that goes over the screw. When you are 2 stories off the ground and this cover falls into the bushes below, you are in trouble if you cant find it. Could you possibly put some extras into each box? OR i one time had to order from another company due to a specific color i needed but you didn't have. That company used screw that had painted heads which matched the shutters. MUCH easier.
