Love the quality of the corbels ordered and the superior customer service. Our product was shipped immediately and we couldn't be happier. We will order architectural items for our home, in the near future.
I think our order was lost in processing. It wasn't until we made an inquiry that the order was shipped. We ordered 4 sets of shutters. The packages (2) were received in excellent shape. However, one set of shutters had no hardware and another had incomplete hardware. I used 4 screws per shutter rather than six. Fortunately, the shutters themselves were a good quality and easy to paint. I would buy them again in spite of the hardware issue.
