Prior to purchasing this item, I searched the Q&A section for clarification on the width and thickness of this product since these two important measurements are not included in their web site's documentation. The answer I found mentioned a 5.5" width which was too wide for my application. So, I phoned Architectural Depot to see if they had the same product in the 3.5" width. The customer rep verified the product was available in 3.5" width, so I completed the purchase. Unfortunately, the product that arrived was the 5.5" version, so I contacted Architectural Depot and asked if the integrity of the product would allow for me to cut it down to 3.5" with my band saw or jig saw. That question was never addressed, so I decided that a return and repurchase of the 3.5" arch was in order. I asked, since the wrong size arch was shipped, if I would be responsible for return shipping. The answer was "Yes", along with an additional 20% restocking fee. My solution was to increase the remaining trim around the arched window to 5.5" so I could use the arch that is too large.
Ordered two window Crossheads and when delivered they were exactly what they described and in perfect shape no flaws that I could tell with a naked eye, the sizes they have beyond belief next to what other companies have. The price also beats everyone else that had what I needed.
QUICK AND EASY.NOT ONE COMPLAINT. NOW LETS SEE HOW FAST WE GET THE ORDER AND IF THE ORDER IS EXACTLY WHAT THE CUSTOMER AND I WAS EXPECTING.

What we expected not disappointed.
I tried to register with your site yesterday but was shut out for some unknown reason. Then when I tried again this morning I could not find the brackets that were on your site yesterday. Fortunately they came up when I clicked on my cart. Also if I want to find out what other products you sell how or where do I go to find that information. Other than that the site is good.
