Came packaged loved the design & love how they add to my stairs

Would not accept a different billing address than the shipping address. Finally had to enter them both the same and then edit in the review section. VERY frustrating! It took me over 40 minutes to complete this simple order!
Then order was not shipped right away.

Awesome products fast delivery

Excellent customer service. A couple of bags of screws etc had fallen out in transport, and they shipped me replacement bags which arrived within a day or two!

The product was fine but in 2018 the delivery time was archaic.

Site was fine. Product was 1/4' larger than specified, necessitating a specialized cut to get it to fit. It was also very delicate.
