Received item damaged, but didn't want to go through the process of exchange so I just glued it back together. The item is made of a cheap material, but the price must reflect the value that it adds to the house as oppose to the cost of making the product.
Everything came in correct size, shape, no damage, all parts were there easy to install.
Boasting about free 5 day shipping is fine but there should be some mention of 7 to 10 days before shipment is made especially when funds are deducted for payment the day of order.
Everything was good accept for delivery. It took a lot longer and not a lot of notification of where it was. I would have liked an email when it didn't arrive on its due date. It was over a week late I think.

Just not happy that I am returning a 47.47 pair shutters less 20% less shipping when I am placing a custom order for over 500.00! Can't you wave those fees with this customer coming back with a custom order.?
