The shutters I ordered did not look like I thought they would be. When I called to return them, they would not take them back because they said it was a "custom order", which actually would fit an average size window. I am very unhappy that I cannot get my money back, and I would NOT recommend using their products.

I am pleased with the products on my initial order, but one of the shutters was damaged in shipping and I am wanting for the manufacture to replace that shutters. I have sent a email and picture to show the damage. I hope to receive the replacement so I can finalized the project.

Delivery although prompt experienced torn packaging underside and subsequently scratched Endura-stone columns from fork lift. I expect to sand out scratches. Photos upon request.
FINALLY found an octagon keystone gable vent in 16x16 for my small cottage house. Searched all the big box stores and disappointed but found it HERE! Shipping is high though!
After receiving the product decided it wasn't quite what I wanted - too heavy. Will be returning it and looking on the site for something the same size but not as heavy. Saw there is a 20% restocking fee - what? I may just return and go elsewhere for that reason only.
