My order was received broken and incomplete (missing the adhesive I ordered). I was not satisfied with the quality so asked for a refund rather than a replacement and was told I could only get a replacement. I received my replacement in a timely matter however it was not what I originally ordered. I ordered 2 two-piece ceiling medallions and the replacements I received were 1 piece ceiling medallions. I am going to keep them because I am afraid if they send out another replacement there was a chance they will arrive broken as neither of the shipments I received were packaged well.

The knotty alder boxed beam I ordered is beautiful! It's well made, with finished corners and workmanship that actually exceeded my expectations. It weighs about 25 lb., which is lighter than I expected-a good thing for installation! I can't wait to have it installed in our ongoing condo remodel. I researched various custom-size, real-wood beam sources before buying, and Architectural Depot's was by far the best product at the best price.
