Total run around told different stories
The shutters arrived on time and looked good. I found that there were packages of caps and spikes only after I opened the 3rd box as the only packages that fell out of the first two boxes when I turned them over were the screws. The other packages were stuck to the tape that holds the end shut. If I had only opened two I would have thrown the boxes away with the caps and spikes with them. Hope no one throws those packages away. Thanks
