Customer Service was friendly and helpful when I called. Unfortunately product was back ordered and communication about possible shipping dates was made only when I initiated it.

Perhaps a few too many follow-up emails but otherwise we're very happy with the experience.

The screw that were sent with the shutters are not very good. The heads twisted off trying to get them mounted. Had to go with a completely different screw. Now some of the screw heads show and we know of no way to cover them to match the mounting brads that did work. We're afraid to try and replace the ones that did work for fear of damaging the shutter.

Love the shutters. Was not happy that it took them about a month to come in. The site says ships in 5-7 days. I had to call after three weeks, and threaten to cancel my order if I didn't get them. Was told they could try but not promise. Money left my bank account 24 hours after the order was placed, so I expected them to arrive without me having to call.
