Your site required me to scroll through pages of data to find the item I wanted in the color I wanted. You should be able to browse by size and then choose the color. This is how every other builders web site has their options set up.

I can not rate the product I ordered since I am still waiting on the order 1.5 months later with no updates from your company. I am very disappointed especially when I placed my order it says "Ships in 2-3 business days"

Great! Just add "Continue Shopping" button when viewing your cart so you don't have to re-search your selection.

Would like your site better if the descriptive information was more complete... the links to additional information such as demensions and how to measure did not work. It is ubclear what is included with some builder products.

I have purchased from architectural depot in the past and love what I received. There was some confusion (on my part) with sizes this time, but everything worked out very well. Thank you.

Website is easy to navigate and order-taking was efficient. Order to actual delivery time was longer than I am used to but perhaps special-order production time is longer than pre-made. No issues with anything to do with this order or this company.

That is the case when you ask for my opinion before I see how well you do or don't. I am already a little suspicious of the final product for I hope it meets my requirements. My suspicion was confirmed when I received it for it is filed in the folder marked you get what you pay for.
