Customer service was odd, they sent many emails after the purchase but no one responded to my email that I sent prior to purchase.

The product i purchased was exactly what i needed and the color matched my existing shutters perfectly. A few of my shutters need to be replaced, and I will definitely return for additional products.

I found several coupons for first order discounts that were supposed to be valid and none of them would apply. Disappointed. Also, there was a very obvious seam in the pediment that we had to fill and sand. That's why the quality rating was lower.

The medallion is very nice. The only problem I have is that the opening is too large for what I need. I hope to find another use for it. I haven't yet checked into your return policy.
