Easy to find what I needed. Customer Service was quick and helpful. The only thing that they did not tell me was that on some pieces there was a iron rod running through the middle of the piece. I had a one inch hole put in the middle and the rod was not completely grinded down to one inch. I had to grind it further down my self. Other than that, all of the pieces in the order is just beautiful. Will be placing more orders in future. The only real problem that I had was trying to choose wish of the many patterns available to buy purchase! Thank you for a job well done! Very hard to find this in today's world of scams and miss advertisements.

I ordered several samples to make sure of what i wanted. I received 6 samples within 2 days, then i received 5 more pieces that were full size (because you did not offer samples), then i kept waiting on my last 3 samples, but they never arrived. After a few calls to your office it was noted that someone supposedly called me and told me that you didn't offer samples in those pieces although your website let me order them. I never received a call and would appreciate a refund on those pieces, before i place my next order. Other than the 3 pieces i really like the website and Sam and Dani were most helpful.

There was very slight damage to one of the boxes of our shutter order. UPS had put them in a covered area out of the elements, and because they were so large and heavy, I could not move them until my husband came home from a business trip 2 weeks later. One of the boxes was opened, and one of the shutters was very slightly damaged. We did not install them until a few months later and noticed the slight damage. Because this was way past the guarantee period, we did not ask for anything be done.
We called for touch up paint, and customer service was very responsive and professional. My only complaint is that the touch up paint was VERY expensive for a tiny little bottle. I actually blame UPS for this because they damaged the box and the driver did not point it out when he delivered the boxes even though I went out and thanked him for putting them in a covered area.
