I got everything very fast. I was surprised with the quality much better than what I excpected.
This is my third order with Architectural Depot. We had initial problems with one order that had many pieces broken. This was a little disappointing, but customer service was excellent in re-shipping out replacement pieces. Unfortunately, some of these were broken. But again, we contacted customer service, and they sent out another shipment. Finally, we had all the pieces we ordered unbroken. A major problem was that the pieces were poorly wrapped in the box so that the packing department receives a grade of 1 (the lowest), but the customer service department was great and receives the grade of 10 ( my highest).
