Product is well constructed. That said, we had a problem with the shipping on our end. They called to set up time for delivery. Never showed up and never received a call explaining. I called and received run around on location, never received, etc... Finally insistd Ryan from AD Customer service call and verify. It took almost 1 month to replace my original order. Received only after I suggested I should cancel this order. I will say, Ryan was gracious, friendly and finally helpful. FYI the containers for this product 8' columns should be better (one box arrived damaged, but none to product).

Received items one clearly damaged, took pictures, immediately called and was told to email pictures which I did. I was not happy that I had to wait for a damaged item which was beyond my control and clearly between your company and the shipping company. I had deadlines to meet with my customer which I explained to your customer service rep.
