The plastic pegs used to install the shutter were not very good at all. Very weak. You should have the option for screws or the pegs at no additional cost. The shutters are excellent quality though.
Need a coupon for future orders - will recommend your products to anyone who is sourcing products

I ordered this a month ago. It was advertised to ship in a few days. Then I was told it was back ordered until The end of April. As a result I requested cancellation of the order. I received an email stating they were trying to cancel the order with the warehouse. I have not relieved the doorbell or a refund of the $55 I paid for the doorbell.
The original color I ordered had been discontinued, but was still listed on the website. This was very disappointing for me. When I got my first box, it only contained the decorative pieces, not the shutters. I received an email the day before the box arrived to let me know the color had been discontinued. This should have been communicated right away. I think the communication is sorely lacking. I got an email indicating that my order had shipped, but it did not show what was included. When I did call back to provide a different color for my shutters, I never got any confirmation email, nor did I get anything to indicate that the boxes were being shipped. They just showed up at my house a couple of weeks later.
I ordered the wrong size for two sets of my shutters, so I called to do a return and to order the correct size. I have yet to receive my RMA to return the wrong size, nor do I have a confirmation email regarding my order for the new size, but my card has been charged, so I can only assume that you're going to ship them. Again, complete lack of communication.
The final product that I received is as expected and the price you have is great, but the lack of communication makes me unlikely to be a repeat customer.
I am so in love with this company! I will be back again and again and again! I really love the product descriptions and their pricing! I recommend architecturaldepot to everyone!
