The shutters were packed HORRIBLY. Way too heavy to be packaged in a cardboard box. The box was destroyed when it arrived at our house and 1/3 of our shutters were damaged and we're still waiting replacement shutters. Not very happy with our overall experience with your company.

It is not easy to navigate between pages. If you view a product, the website takes you back to page 1 of the results so you have to keep finding where you left off.
I really wanted some sort of discount on shipping charges since I feel10 is way too much to pay.
