I found a dimensional error in one of your drawings. I couldn't find answers to several questions on your site, so I left a voicemail. No one called back A day or two later, I sent an email to *******@architecturaldepot.com asking the same questions and illustrating them with carefully prepared drawings. No one replied. Finally, I phoned and walked agent Cody through my questions and got satisfactory answers. I asked for a senior discount or a veterans' discount or a promo code and was told there are none. I began placing my order and did not realize until the very end of checkout that you impose a34.99 surcharge for a "dimensionally heavy product." This is more than 15% of the base price. I don't remember being warned about it up front. This gives the impression that your company is afraid it will lose the sale unless it hides something until the last click. That may be true, but it is also a classic sales trick that many customers resent -- not only because they're paying more than they expected, but also because they find it presumptuous and disrespectul. No one enjoys feeling he's been "had" -- especially us Baby Boomers, who value frankness more than any other generation. (We grew up during the Vietnam war and Watergate.) In addition, I see your statement below says "Your email...will only be used for order confirmation and customer care." Those last two words sound like you are weaseling to include sending marketing emails after the sale. Am I right?

A few days after the order arrived, I discovered that I had orded the wrong sizes and had to send them back. I placed a second order for the correct sizes. I received those (after waiting longer than I had hoped), and they worked perfectly.
