The product did exactly what it was suppose to do, my credit card was charged but your product was sitting in Brea CA, and not in Reading PA. I finally received my order, after a few phone calls and e-mails. I installed it, painted it, all in all I was pleased until I woke up one morning to find a duplicate order on my front porch. It was not hassle free trying to return the duplicate order. After numerous e-mails and multiple phone calls both by your people and myself the duplicate order was finally picked up 7 days after receiving it. Basically to much hassle on my part as a result of your organizations mistake.

It was Difficult to find all I needed to buy parts individually to panel a room if I wanted to do different size to your ready packs. I also felt the horizontals should have had flat edges and not been beveled
