Satisfied with the product/speed of delivery
The website made me think I'd be getting my shutters much faster than I actually did. The site said ships in 3-4 business days and I didn't realize the shipping would be so slow. It took over 2 weeks to receive them. They almost didn't make it in time for the painter to paint them. Luckily the arrived right before he was packed up to leave the job. Something else that wS misleading was the site said the shutters were called paintable I didn't realize that meant plastic. They looked fine after painted but my initial thought was I paid $125 for plastic shutters! I think that should be disclosed to the consumer. Overall I'm happy with the look I do feel they were a bit overpriced.
