I ordered the sample color chips, and it said that i would be credited if i placed an order. How do I get the refund?
The package arrives in two boxes, one of them was damaged, I sent a photo of it to you, I revived an e mail after 3 days, and requested some more photo's of the damaged items, by that time the dameged box was discarded.
They said that can't help me.
