I love that you carry sizes that are needed for my house.

Got double emails for the order and shipping
Called to make sure that only one was charged.

Great selection and prices! I do wish the shipping was cheaper, but still worth it.

After reviewing items, page returned to the FIRST page of the list of products, not the page where you had left off. Fior instance, if we selected item 175 from page 10, after review and to continue shopping the website went back to Item 1, page 1

I tried a few of the on line coupons; they didn't work -- that was a huge disappointment, as I really wanted the 10% off coupon to work -- it said, any order -- O well, thank you for making this product available - but if you still decided to honor the coupon, I would appreciate it :) the only follow up - see next question, would be to honor the coupon -- otherwise, I gave you high marks :)

Absolutely love that you can order samples of some items. So far prices here seem cheaper, so I will definitely return to this site for purchasing when I decide which sample product I like the best. Thanks!
