Easy company to deal with, happy with my product!
My original order came with the wrong combination of sizes. I am still waiting (going on two weeks) for an RMA to return the incorrect size. In addition, I purchased shutters from the middle grouping in supposed quality. If the ones I received are in the middle grouping, the lower level must be made of paper. I can't speak to their actual lifetime because I haven't hung them yet, but they appear to be quite flimsy. The color is also considerably different than the web image presented.
The item I purchased is what I needed, and the ordering process was quite simple.
One of the three pieces received I did not use and would like to return for a refund. How do I go about doing this?
