Need a better policy for dealing with erroneous orders
I was happy with the product. I was unhappy with Architectural Depot. It was 3 weeks after I placed my order; I never received an email with tracking information. I contacted Architectural Depot to find out they had never even processed my order. They said my credit card wouldn't go through. I had just canceled the card because of identity theft. Therefore I knew they never tried to process my order until I complained. They didn't even offer to overnight my order. Architectural Depot should have admitted their mistake, apologized, and overnighted my order. That would have been good customer service!

Ordered in 2 separate shipments ordered the same thing but received different products...Spoke with a customer service agent and she immediately took care of that issue...great service and I placed another order with her right then...thx architectural depot

I had difficulty finding bronze options and would have liked to have seen more. I am confused about what screws I will need as there is not suggested size/kit like is shown on other websites.
Love the products & free shipping. Don't like the 20% restocking fee for items being exchanged for different sizes. I paid for return shipping & got an RA for it but don't appreciate loosing 20% for exchanges. My recommendation would be to be sure of widths against any obstacles such as corners, AC duct work or electrical boxes before ordering.
The coloring was not as good as we expected it to be. There are some whitish spots, as if the maroon color did not cover correctly. We did put them up and are pleased with the look and style.

You were never online even during business hours for a question. Just kept blinking. You promised $10 for email sign up and never delivered.
See comment left under the 75" shutters. Two were shipped broken. The broken parts were NOT inside the sealed boxes, which means they were shipped broken and ignored by whomever packaged them. NOT acceptable customer service.
