Order wainscoting kit which arrived with mismatched pieces. 1 month later and 20+ phone calls and still do not have the correct pieces. I would have just asked for a refund but remainder of pieces are already installed. Worst customer experience of my life. Save yourself the aggravation and do not buy from architectural depot
Can you resend copy of receipt
I ordered shutters made of vinyl and composite wood. I specified the shutters to be a specific color. Shutters came in and were not even close to similar. I sent 3 emails to them with no response. I called them and they pretty much said i'm out of luck and they could only offer me discount on more products. So now i'm stuck with a pair of $600 shutters and an upset client.
They are quick to respond if you want to buy something, but don't expect good customer service when you have problems.
They will no longer have my business.
Ordered one very small item, early Feb 2016, today is 3. 8. 16 and still dont even have a tracking number yet. Of course they had my money from day one. Their tracking system is b. S. too. One day it tells you its delivered then the next its still "being procssed". Takes 48 hours foe their warehouse to even check the order and get back to you. They SUCK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wouldnt even give one star but had to

All is good-shipping and product
I have this Medallion in my family room with a Quarom Brass Fan and it brings rave reviews! I use medallions in all rooms of my home and I am not afraid to use a large medallion. This was my first two piece medallion and I would make sure in the installation that the seam is placed away from where you first see the medallion and light or fan. I did repaint and it does look great. If doing over, I would have done it differently, but still extremely happy with the quality, the style and endless comments. I am purchasing my second one.
Many choices, easy viewing. Would definitely use again. Ordered adorable "sunflower" corbels for a fireplace mantle I was designing. My carpenter asked where I got them, since he was looking to do a fireplace for his fiance.

Their quality far surpassed my expectations and they greatly enhanced my chandeliers, decor and the architectural detailing in my living room. I had purchased a nice medallion previously at a home improvement store, but the quality and aesthetics of products offered here far exceeds that of the in-store stock. The shipping time and costs were reasonable, and I plan to order additional products from this site. A very good experience indeed.
