During the order process, I typed a message in the "Need Help? We're Online" box, but no one answered. I decided to complete my order without assistance. Then, it took longer to receive my order than I anticipated - since we live in a world where people expect everything to be available immediately - but I realized that the wait was likely due to the product being manufactured to my specific lengths. At any rate, the short wait was worth it. The crossheads are perfect! They add a very dressy look to our windows and we wish we had ordered them years ago! In short, we are completely pleased with our purchase!
Quick and easy. One package came open in transit and was missing screws. One phone call and the screws were on the way. EXCELLENT customer service!

Great place for that special detail
I spent many hours searching for and NOT finding what I was looking for...shutters and gable vents that match. The ones that matched were not the right size. I went with a white gable vent, it will match our window trim.
